Exceptional!

Pros

I have used the software for the past month and have found it a very user-friendly, comprehensive, and robust platform. The software is very easy to navigate and the areas are very clear and easy to understand. Working remotely has posed the necessity of managing HR and people online as opposed to an in-office platform. is easy for our employees to navigate and we have been able to streamline many processes, especially by using the payroll and insurance/benefits functionality.

Cons

At the moment, I do not have any issues with the software.

Pros

is the most intuitive people related software that I've used in the 13 years I've been in HR. It is simple, yet incredibly intuitive. The automation literally helps us act like a full squad of HR professionals when it is just 2 employees in the department.

Cons

I haven't come across any major cons that I'd call out in my nearly 2 years of using the software.

The ability to centralize all aspects of the workforce in one system has been a game changer for me because of this platform I have a lot of free time.

Pros

It's very good. I can easily manage my employees' payroll, benefits, expenses and devices quickly and efficiently. It saves me a lot of time. It's great.

Cons

this platform is great but it would be great to see more options available for those who need a more specific integration.

It was easy to implement. You hear that your company is implementing a new software and you think, oh no, this can't go well. But it did! It went -really- well. It was quick, my HR team made it look easy and there was great support from the team to teach us about the product.

Pros

It's easy to use, clear icons and clear labels to help me navigate to where I need to be. It also has other features (our employee index and SSO) that forces me to interact with the software, allowing me to be more comfortable every time I log in. It's a really user friendly software for the end-users!

Cons

It's pretty easy. I currently cannot manage my investments through (401k), but that could either be a set up from my admin that was not implemented. I have to go to the third party site to update my 401k/IRA, etc.

Pros

I have used at two separate companies and have loved it both times! Before Rippling I was using ExponentHR and it was not a great UI - hard to navigate and nothing was where it should have been. But with Rippling, I can see everything from coworker's birthdays to my paystubs and time off schedule. I absolutely love the way it feels like a corporate Facebook in the way of the Watercolor and Employee Anniversary functions. Great product all around!

Cons

I would love to see a calendar view on the home page that has everything from paydays, company holidays, my own personal PTO, etc.

is a very intuitive all-in-one platform for business needs. It covers everything from the time clock to insurance to direct deposit. It makes employee life simpler when all they need is accessible in one portal.

That you can't go back to the previous screen. You have to go to the home page and re-run the report each time.

Pros

has great payroll tracking & PTO tracking. Their employee database is a really great resource. And their HR trainings are easily the best training videos I've ever been forced to sit through. They're actually thought-provoking and respectful of your time. The Rippling website and app all work wonderfully.

Cons

I can't think of any cons. If anything, I'd prefer we did more company management things in than we currently do.

Very clean and simple HR tool to manage everything an employee needs.

Pros

makes HR easy. As an employee its nice to have one view for payroll, benefits and time management. Rippling puts all of this in a simple view that is easy to understand. Even Health care is easy to follow with Rippling

Cons

prioritizes simplicity and is constantly evolving. Sometimes its hard to find certain views but this will improve over time.

Cons

I would say that the look of just looks old. The color scheme and icons look dated, so it looks like I'm using an older product that isn't as sleek as I would prefer.

I am very impressed with and would highly recommend it to other startups. The platform is easy to use, affordable, and offers excellent customer support. If you're considering switching from Venmo or any other HR software, I would definitely give Rippling a try.

Pros

As a founder of a tech startup, I recently switched from Venmo to software, and I must say, it has been a fantastic experience. Now we're actually going to be able to keep track of everything and pay taxes.The user interface is straightforward and easy to navigate. I was able to set up my company's payroll and benefits in just a few clicks. The platform also provides a step-by-step guide to help you through the setup process, which is incredibly helpful for new users.

There hasn't been anything yet that I don't like!

Pros

I love how easy is to use. It has a beautiful, streamlined UI that makes checking my different benefits (i.e., payroll, insurance, FSA, Commuter benefits, etc.) easy. All of the important info like deadlines, submitting claims, balances, is all up front and easy to check. This software is fool-proof.

Cons

Only issue I have (which my business may have to purchase) is that I can't access any of this info from the mobile app. I have to do it from my desktop. I could probably do it on my mobile browser but I haven't tried.

Pros

One thing that I really like about are the email notifications about upcoming tasks. As an end user, my priority is project work so I don't think to log into Rippling everyday. The email reminders are a great tool for end users. I also like how easy it is to add multiple bank information for paycheck dispersement. This was not a simple feature in my previous job's software.

Cons

Honestly, I can't think of any cons. I only use the system to complete required training, select annual benefits, and view paycheck information. I have no concerns/issues with this system.

We needed device management, initially, and was the best option at the best price when we did our survey of competitors. When we started using the onboarding and app management components as well, it showed its true strengths and basically eliminated the need for at least one if not two roles I've had to have at previous companies while we scaled headcount.

Pros

The automation that the various apps provide helps ease a lot of work, from setting up emails to providing custom access to specific apps and groups within them. The device management is excellent for our purposes, and the x-platform (windows/mac) capabilities allow us to give employees the device they most prefer while still maintaining our security posture.

Cons

We use a PEO so can't integrate with their payroll, wish we could.

Pros

Integrations. will integrated with the most important 3rd parties to make the HR of your company simple. The integration with benefit providers make this worth every penny. The set up and implementation of the benefits is too easy. I recently set up medical insurance and it was too easy.

Cons

If you want customer support you have to look at a help center/ forum instead of calling a live person. I haven't really needed to use it, but normally it is frustrating when I want to get something resolved quickly and I can't talk to anyone. With that being said, anytime I haven't been able to figure something out or needed support, I have emailed my rep that helped me set up my system and he was quick to respond and help me get what I needed.

Terrible - no one calls back except for "\[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] " who has attempted to remedy the serious short-comings of the implementation manager and non-existent customer support.

It was supposed to be an integrated offering and cost effective. However, it has turned out to be cost-ineffective.

Horrible, unresponsive customer service and no technical support - horrible company (except for "\[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] ").

Downright pleasant for something that is so robust and sophisticated.

Pros

takes many complex and challenging issues and wraps them up in sophisticated, but relatively easy to use automation.

Cons

It's not unique to , but there are aspects of benefits and team management that are just difficult even when simplified as much as possible. So it's not something I specifically dislike about Rippling, because I think it does it as well as anyone, but it's still not easy to integrate some of the most complicated parts of the platform, such as health insurance, payroll, 401k, taxation, etc.
