Great and simple

Pros

Scalable platform to manage your team and new hires. Very simple to set up and use it.

Cons

Multi-company solution (Not sure if it is even possible) I have a subsidiary company in another country. It would be great to have a solution to run Payrolls from there too.

Overall, I have used a handful of platforms just like this and it's really simple and smooth. I love the mobile app as well! Putting in time off is honestly so easy and my manager can link that time to her calendar so she always knows who is out.

Pros

I love how easy it is to request time off/ mental wellness days and have this sent right to my manager. Choosing health insurance is also a breeze!

Cons

The organization chart can be a little clunky and hard to navigate.

Great. I love this platform.

Pros

Rippling is a great software. It is easy for me to access both my employee and administrative account, and it is very organized. All of y questions are always answered when researching Rippling (regarding PTO, benefits, etc).

Cons

Everything is great, but It would be nice for the employee PTO section to be improved. It would be nice to see my PTO balance updated once I request my time off versus seeing the hours deducted after my vacation time has taken place

Rippling was the first IT system I purchased as part of starting my small business during the pandemic. I am thrilled, from the demos to onboarding to use every piece has been seamless, helpful and simple. So thankful!

Pros

Easy to use - Rippling guided me through critical HR and payroll decisions as I set up my company. My employees talk about how much better it is than prior systems they've used, it has been a differentiator for their experience onboarding to our company.

Cons

Nothing missing from my perspective, just ideas for future offerings. For example, they could create template HR policies / language based upon settings you select in the system for time off, payroll, etc.

If I had more staff this would be an effective way to payroll and employee tracking. Small businesses that are online would have easy Management.

Cons

Setting up takes some time, the interface could use some a better in-email option or clickables for clients onboarding.

Good, the transitino to rippling was painless, and I was able to find all the settings and features I need.

Pros

The layout and presentation of the payroll information, and the layout that allows intuitive access to all the user neeeds.

Cons

The W-2 form was complete and allowed me to make the changes I needed to, but it was not as polished as some. The ability to simulate, and test some settings to better manage tax withholdings would. be a nice addition.

The implementation team was super helpful and gave step by step tasks to complete while providing assistance as needed. The streamlined HR, Payroll, Security features were a huge benefit to my small business.

Cons

I am hopeful that additional features will present themselves so that we can further integrate employee communication, reviews, etc.

Overall, I've really enjoyed my company's engagement with Rippling so far. It's been very easy to use and acclimate to, and gives me great reminders on timelines and things that are still to be completed. Plus, as a PM it makes it much easier to monitor my whole team.

It lets me spend more time working on the important things of my job, and it gives me peace of mind for all my payroll and HR related items.

Pros

I've really enjoyed using Rippling's platform. We continue to add additional features to our platform, and it makes everything easier...from payroll management to benefit management everything is seamless. If I ever have any issues or questions, everything is in a central location. I just completed open enrollment for insurance benefits and it made the whole process so simple.

Cons

I don't really have anything negative to say. All the features I use are really well done.

We've only used the Payroll Management, Time Tracking and Leave Management and it's Payroll calculation works right.

Cons

It's not local tax compliant which is why we had to do manual tax calculation. Their Dev/support team couldn't support our custom feature requriements.

Very happy with Rippling. It has lowered our payroll costs and made some things easier.

Pros

Easy Payroll. Automated features. Automated 360-degree integration with our 401k company.

Cons

Took a while to get used to it. We're a small company, small payroll, so I don't use it much and still takes me a while to remember how to do certain things (i.e. It's not entirely intuitive to me)

It has helped us exceed and continue our growth while not having to add another team member at this team for HR and instead allocate that budget elsewhere. I feel secure that nothing is falling through the cracks when we're using Rippling.

Pros

Rippling is easier to use and keeps everything in one place. It has helped us grow our business without losing pieces through the cracks.

Cons

The app isn't the most effective as an administrator. Also, I think I could come up with more entertaining, clever, and fun payroll pun messages. Call me up!

Cons

The reports aren't the best, but the system does allow you to create reports with the criteria listed in Rippling.

Pros

It's secure and easy to figure out how to use. Clocking in & out of work is very easy using this app.

Cons

Only thing I dislike is that there isn't a "remember me" function, so logging in everyday takes an extra 10-30 seconds. Nothing big at all, but it's just the only thing I can think of .

I was first introduced to Rippling as part of my offer and acceptance to join PeopleGrove. I found the process quite simple. As I went through onboarding, each task was laid out in front of me, making it simple to follow and check off as tasks. Now I am an active user. Rippling gives me access to our org chart, showing reporting structure and contact info for the team. We can use Rippling SSO to access any portal we need access to, easily and securely. I can schedule and manage PTO for me and my team. Payroll, forms, documents, etc. are all at my fingertips. I have worked at bigger companies in the past. Their HR packages were robust but cumbersome and visually meh. Rippling even helps us with device provisioning and decommission, software updates, etc. Rippling has been one of the easiest products to learn how to use and see value in. I have no complaints whatsoever.

Pros

Simple, easy to understand from offer, to onboarding, to managing a team. I have secure access to all of my HR, IT, payroll, and documents and single sign-on to every portal we need to access.

Cons

It is very difficult to find a constructive complaint about Rippling. So far, I have not encountered anything that I expect to be in the product that isn't. They recently rebranded the identity and colors of the company but it has been slow to show up in the app. Perhaps the frequent need to re-login for rPass access could be improved with different session management, but overall, I don't have any complaints.

Ever since I started at Protrainings, I've been able to keep track of all my work benefits and payments through rippling. Its been very useful!

Pros

I like that the insurance is easy to find and I can check out my HSA account statement and transactions.

Cons

I feel that schedules could be added to this. But I think thats more of my employers preference to provide our schedules on a seperate application.

Pros

This product is very user-friendly. The interface is modern, which is a nice touch when many HCM systems are downright sad to look at.

Cons

Where do I begin? There are myriad compliance issues throughout. Every time we run our bi-weekly payroll, we end up having to contact support due to something that should have been integrated, bugs, or general lack of ease of use for administrators. We deal with both contractors and employees, and though they accommodated us at first, we feel that the support has wained greatly throughout the years. Communication is a major issue with their support team, and the fact that they have no carrier connections for benefits administration is a major downside, but at least it's one your should know about before you sign on.
