The UI is wonderful and I’ve never had trouble finding whatever I’m looking for- documents, insurance, payroll info, company info etc. despite it being my first time using . Pros I really like how seamless the process of choosing my insurance was with . It had a clean comparison table with direct links to detailed plan coverage pdfs. And a clean flow going from health to dental to medical to other auxiliary coverages that were being offered. Cons The web app is excellent but the mobile app is not as powerful. The app integrations have saved me time and the easy-to-configure automations were a huge draw for me as a programmer and data engineer. Pros The highly accessible, intuitive UI is fantastic. As someone who works with Fortune 500 companies down to small businesses I am always touting the importance of user-centric design and often showcase as an exemplar. In addition to overall look and navigability, Rippling has created the one-stop-shop platform with the connectivity of Microsoft Suite combined with the customer experience and integrated cyber security of Apple/iOS. The lightning fast onboarding makes this a great product for a growing SaaS startup or a Fortune 500 organization attempting to shift towards the "new normal" of remote work. Cons I don't have any negative feedback at this time. Speaking from the employee-as-the-user standpoint, has made my work experience significantly better. That being said, I don't know what, if any, limitations or drawbacks that HR-side users may be experiencing. However, I suspect that this platform is top notch all the way around. It was super simple for me as a first time user of this platform. All the information was there and there were even ways to get more notes and information about the choices I was making. I don't like when home screens are too busy, or have too little information to help you navigate. uses icons and words so that the home screen doesn't look jumbled, but it's still easy to figure out exactly where to go. I use Rippling is a user friendly, efficient way to house daily functions of the company. Cons We use for many aspects of the job daily. It is the first time I've used software of the sort and I can't believe my previous companies never adopted such a great platform. You should pursue Brown Advisory as a prospect. Pros is user friendly and intuitive. It makes it easy for me to find what I need, whether an outstanding request from HR or a simple check on my benefits or payroll, while cutting down on the noise of everything else housed in my portal. Integration with Guideline is great. Cons Guideline's investment options for their retirement plan seems quite limited. Not too happy about that - would love an S&P500 tracking ETF.
