Overall, excellent experience and highly recommend Rippling to most any size business who is looking for an all-in-one HR and time tracking platform.

Pros

Comprehensive and easy to use HR software that can scale with your business! We use Rippling to manage all things HR for us including payroll. Also integrates with Netsuite which is our ERP.

Cons

I wish more features could be included instead of charged a la carte ;) We would utilize more on-the-go features for clocking in and out of jobs.

ADP was overpriced in my opinion and the software lacks modern features.

It fixed the problem of having all of our HR/Payroll/Benefits information spread across numerous random documents/spreadsheets/emails etc. Before, we would have to contact HR and request the information, then wait for them to locate it and now I simply view my own vacation balance and employee benefits online by myself without needing to contact anyone.

Pros

I like how I can do almost every function from my mobile app in about 2 minutes vs. sending an email to HR and waiting at least 3 days for a response. Also the booking time off viewing my pay stub or updating my home address were super easy. And also glad it didn’t crash when I tried to update my W-4 last week and it just gets the job done w/o too many options.

Cons

The search bar completely sucks 50% of the time — if you type something that isn’t exactly worded as per the system’s usage, you get no results and you have to browse through endless screens. Navigating thru forms requires you to go thru about 4 levels of menus … very frustrating when you’re in a hurry. My auto correct constantly changes words while I’m typing this & it’s driving me insane. They really need to un-bury the navagation.

Overall, my experience with Rippling has been very positive. It's easy to use, payments are processed on time, and I haven't had any major issues. It has made receiving international payments much more convenient and reliable.

Pros

I like how simple and reliable it is. Getting paid is fast, and I can easily transfer my funds whenever I need to.

Cons

The thing I like least is that transferring funds internationally can involve extra fees, and there aren't as many payout options as I'd like.

I feel the value is off the charts for what you get. Customer support is at your fingers if you ever run into any issues. Also the payroll and paystubs are super easy to find and use. Rippling is a great platform that checks all the boxes.

Pros

What I like most about rippling is how easy it is to use. It is super easy to navigate and easy to set up. I've never had an issue with it and I constantly have good things to say. There are no bugs or issues. I also am able to update it easily.

Cons

I've really never had anything thats bothered me about rippling. Sometimes it can be slow with showing other employees in the employee tree. Or PTO can be a little slow to load a times.

Overall, my experience with Rippling has been great. I do love that I am able to access a lot of things for my office and team in one spot.

Pros

With all the new updates and features this system is easier to use and user friendly. I like that I am able to access a lot of different things in one spot. Makes my job easier.

Cons

I would say right now what I am struggling with is the new AI features and the new timesheets that they are using. I am not understanding it and I am having to revert back to the old system.

Overall, my experience has been positive. The platform streamlines employee management, onboarding, payroll, and device management, making day-to-day operations much more efficient.

Pros

Rippling makes it easy to manage HR, IT, and payroll from a single platform. The automation features save a lot of administrative time, and the interface is clean and intuitive.

Cons

Some advanced workflows can take time to learn, and certain features require additional modules, which can increase costs. Customer support response times can also vary depending on the issue.

No longer using Rippling due to a change in company, however this has provided me the ability to compare Rippling to another system. It compares well, but UI updates are needed.

Pros

Still the same. Rippling does a good job of presenting all of my information in one spot that is easy to access.

Cons

Having seen other systems since using Rippling, UI improvements are a must. Their current version isn't bad, however there are ways to improve navigation of the tool and subsequently the users experience.
