I can clock in and choose what job role I am clocking in for. During my first month I can refer to Rippling if my Manager remains the same. I greatly appreciate easy access to my pay without going through several log ins. Pros The tab sections help organize how to find timesheet, profile, HR, Management calendar, etc. On the left top end I can choose from the area I need to look at. Cons I am not sure what I do not like however if I had to find anything least favorable it would be accessible sections to areas unnecessary for me to view such as Data. I believe Data would be informational for other job positions.
