It also supports transparency and empowers employees through self-service tools.

Pros

Rippling has proven to be an invaluable resource for evaluating work performance, as well as for IT and various other services such as HR and finance. We can clock in/out via various methods, and this data flows directly into payroll, ensuring accurate wage calculations and reducing manual input. Overall, I am having a great and positive experience with rippling so far. :)

Pros

I have been using Rippling for about 2 years now, and it's been a fantastic experience overall. It's a really powerful workforce management platform. It is also really helpful for tracking time off and payroll. It's proven to be a great asset for reviewing work performance, IT, and other services like HR, Finance, etc.

Cons

There are no such dislikes and cons I have found while using this vendor, and I have been using Rippling for about 2 years, and all looks good.

My overall experience with Rippling has been really good. It makes a lot of HR and IT stuff much easier and more organized. I like that I can manage things like pay, time off, and benefits all in one place. There were a few small hiccups in the beginning, but once I got used to it, it’s been smooth to use.

Pros

I really liked how simple and organized everything is in Rippling. It’s super easy to find what you’re looking for—whether it’s pay slips, time-off balances, or benefits info. The onboarding process for new employees is also incredibly smooth. Everything just works without needing to chase multiple teams or systems.

Cons

At first, it was a little confusing to figure out how everything works. Some things weren’t very clear, and I had to ask for help or spend time clicking around. The mobile app also works fine, but it’s not as easy to use as the website.

Our overall experience has been extremely positive! We chose Rippling many years ago for their ability to support a small but quickly growing company, and that has continued to pay off for us. Their technical account management team has helped us maximize feature usage, their support team gets back to us quickly, their core HRIS features (including payroll + benefits) are easy to navigate, and I can't see any reason that we would ever switch platforms at this point.

Pros

We've been using Rippling for over 5 years as our company has grown from 125 to nearly 550 employees, and they have saved our small HR team so much time. From reports and workflows to quick employee on- and offboarding, LMS, compliance, and everything in between: Rippling has allowed us to stay efficient and support our employees with the stuff that matters.

Cons

In the past, it has felt as though Rippling was spending more time focused on new features than improving their core product.

Experience is great! We love the ease of use, and how much it helps us in our normal day-to-day employee experience. Being able to put in time-off requests, access documents, and make direct deposit changes easily and quickly.

Pros

We like the ease of use and overall functionality, primarily. For myself, I just like being able to access all my important documents and payroll information without needing to go through another person.

Cons

The weakest aspect of Rippling is the overall depth and complexity, without there being much documentation, at least nothing immediately available in the site itself. There is information you can google, but not much offered in-site.

Pros

I like how easy and user friendly it is to go through the app and on my PC to get where I need to go on Rippling. I like how easy it is to see how much your going to get paid before my actual paycheck and make any necessary changes if need be. I also like the support Rippling gives you as a user if you encounter any problems.

Cons

Compared to Deel I think having a cash advance option feature would be great for any employee to have in case of an emergency and then money can be taken out before paying the paycheck.

I use it everyday and it has to be one of the best HR platforms I've used since I started working from home. I can be independent and I don't have to bug my HR team with endless questions or to obtain different documents. It didn't take a full week of training to understand how to use the platform which was definitley a plus. It was very simple to learn.

Pros

I don't have to have multiple logins or several apps to download because Rippling conveniently keeps all of my important HR needs in one place. I love that there is one central location for important documents and I dont have to fumble through different folder searching for what I need. I am able to punch in and out, track my time, submit PTO requests and keep track of important upcoming events. I can also mange everything benefits. I can access my health, dental, and vision provider accounts, print or show ID cards, and have full transparency into claims for each visit. All of my tax documents and personal info is right at my fingertips. So easy to navigate and it even has tutorials that help you learn how to perform common tasks.

Cons

The only difficulty I had with Rippling is submitting multiple changes to my time card for one day. I had to get help when I needed to break my day into regular time, PTO, plus admin time, and back to regular time. My supervisor had to assist. I think this could be made much simpler.

Cons

If Rippling could provide reminders when I am approaching 401(k) contribution limits or HSA contribution limits, it would be extremely helpful. Currently, I have to track these manually, which can be time-consuming and easy to overlook. Having proactive notifications would enhance the platform’s value by helping me manage my benefits more efficiently and avoid accidentally exceeding limits.

The platform is almost TOO easy to use, both as an admin and as an employee. The company is very active with improvements. The dedicated account team is fantastic. We have automated SO many manual tasks with Rippling.

Cons

The customer service model, much like most of the leading HRIS brands, is tough to navigate at times. It's front line is an AI chatbot, which most of the time is great but can be cumbersome if you need assistance on a complicated issue. Sometimes it's a struggle just to get to a human. There are areas (Spend, GL Coding, etc) where there are obvious gaps in the logic of the system.

As a user of Rippling at a mid sized IT services company, I have been provided with both an admin and an employee account. I have been using many Rippling features like Time-off/Leve management, Org-chart to view the organization hierarchy, Tax - Submit tax withholding information and compensation management. Across the feature I have used, Rippling is very easy to use with and intuitive interface serving as a unified IT and HR platform for the organization

Pros

1) Serves as a unified platform for HR and IT processes. My organization uses Rippling for multiple features starting from managing employee onboarding to setting up IT assets and devices 2) User friendly interface makes it easy for admins and users to navigate. Example the dashboard feature provides access to all accessible features through apps giving clear visibility into tasks, timelines and features 3) Strong automation features like automating payroll and device provisioning add the extra edge. My organization has also integrated Rippling with Slack, which further simplifies workflows 4) Rippling mobile app enables me to access all the features on the go with ease

Cons

1) Rigid dashboard interface with not much options to customize the dashboard view where it should only show the features I have access to. As of now I need to search amongst all the apps to find the features I want to use 2) Pricing model is a bit prohibitive where advanced features require additional fees 3) There is a bit of slowness observed when Rippling has to handle large volume of data. During peak usage hours this becomes a bit frustrating

Data integrity error. Rippling has made many mistakes in processing year-end reports, including employee W2s and form 940. Their support is not hands on to dive-in and fix the problem. Even after aknowledged the problem, they gone pass the deadline, still can not correct the W2 error. AI is great at answering questions, but no one is fixing problems.

Pros

First impression is great, AI is helpful to get quick answers, but payroll data has mistakes and support is kicking the problem around for weeks.

Cons

Sales pitch is great. Implementation is good. But after that, the actual service quality and support efficency does not match high price tag.

Whenever I want to confirm who to reach out to, search for emails, anniversaries, payroll information, official documents, time offs, etc., I use Rippling. It is a life changer for any company that needs to have all the essentials organized, secure, and easy to use.

Pros

What I like most about Rippling is how I can easily find any organization member within a single platform; identify their roles, manager, direct report, and other useful information. Don't know who to reach out to? Rippling has the answer. I love the fact that I can keep track of birthdays and anniversaries. Share updates and important news on the feed. Keep track of the new guys so you can welcome them to the company. Store payroll and leave information. You can literally do everything an organization needs through Rippling.

Cons

It sometimes takes a bit longer than usual to load certain tabs, especially the organization chart. I don't know if it has anything to do with the fact that there's maybe too much information (I work for a large company). Or if it's something they're working to fix. But yes, that gets a bit annoying when you're wanting to quickly get into details of the org chart.

Just the worst. I would never recommend it - especially for companies based in Canada. They claim to understand the payroll here, it couldn't be furthest from the truth.

Pros

The one positive: their ATS works well — clean interface, easy to use, and it made recruiting easier. But let’s be honest — you don’t choose an HRIS for the ATS alone.

Cons

I really wanted to like Rippling, but after over a year of using it, I can confidently say it caused more headaches than it solved. On paper, it sounds like a dream: one platform to manage everything HR and IT. In practice? Constant bugs, poor customer support, and features that almost work — but not quite. We ran into frequent sync issues with payroll, benefits setup that never quite worked right, and random glitches that made it impossible to trust the system without double-checking everything manually. It felt like we were paying for a beta version. The worst that happened was around payroll: they were never able to provide our official tax forms. We ended up having to bring in (and pay for) an external firm to get them done properly — which completely defeats the purpose of using a payroll platform. Support was no help at all. They clearly didn’t understand payroll and gave us vague, copy-paste responses that showed zero ownership. When you’re dealing with compliance and people’s pay, you need a team that knows what they’re doing and actually cares. Unfortunately, Rippling failed us on both fronts. Support was hit-or-miss at best — long delays, unclear answers, and often no real resolution. When you’re managing people and pay, you can’t afford guesswork or tech that breaks without warning. We’ve since moved on to another system, and honestly, it’s been a huge relief.

The platform UI/UX is the only thing that Rippling has going for them. Other than that, its absolutely terrible of a product.

Cons

If you value transparency, reliable billing, and honest business practices — look elsewhere. My experience has been riddled with unexplained charges, evasive support, and tactics I’d never expect from a company of this size. The product has promise, but it’s overshadowed by how the company operates behind the scenes. This isn’t just a “bad experience” — it’s a warning.

They have been good to work with. Certain areas could be better in terms of getting questions answered timely.

Pros

This product has soooo much depth to it. It offers so much that it is great for scaling a company. I am now able to batch employees together as to who has access to what and able to not have multiple vendors for various things.

Cons

There are so many features that trying to set it up is very time consuming and continues to take a lot of learning.

### "Rippling A Powerful All-in-one Platform "

Overall I view Rippling as a powerful, all-in-one platform that unifies HR, IT, and Finance operations, all managed from a single dashboard.

Pros

First i must really give it to Rippling for making their platform so easy to use. I love seamlessly connecting employee data across payroll, benefits, devices, and apps. It offers excellent User experience making me to love them even more.

Cons

I have used this platform for a couple of years now and i haven't had any bad experiences while working with Rippling.

### "A Streamlined Workforce Management Tool with Very Minor Inconsistencies"

Overall, I have appreciated how streamlined and simple Rippling is. Once my account was set up, it has been a "set and forget" tool, which is the best kind, especially in the HR space.

Pros

I most appreciate Rippling for its simplicity on both the mobile app and the web application. Using the mobile app, I can easily update or submit my timecard in the scenario that I forget to do so while at the office. Also, the payment processing has always been on time. I also appreciate the flexibility provided through several different methods of time management (timecards, timesheets, or timeline)

Cons

There appear to be some inconsistencies regarding comments that are made either on the time requests or the timecard pages. For example, if a note is written on a workday submitted via the timecard, the same workday would not display the comment on the time request. Because the time can be reported via either method, this inconsistency is problematic.
