As I mentioned above, overall my experience with Rippling is great. It is important for me that an app is easy to use. I haven't had real problems.

Pros

Rippling is a very user friendly app. It allows me to monitor my payroll as well as file and monitor my PTOs.

Cons

Overall, I actually love using Rippling. It is also associated with other software that our workplace uses. What I think I like least about the app is that sometimes I have trouble logging in. It says something about "cloudfare" so what I'll do is log in through the website in incognito mode.

Rippling Is Making It Easier to Track My Benefits, My Pay and More All in One Setting Instead of Having to Move Around Multiple Websites.

Pros

I love how rippling is easy to use software and/or website, it's also very beneficial and helping to my company and much more. Rippling allows everyone in my company is clock-in and clock-out, view their benefits, & know when something needs action taken and notifies you. You can request time off, request adjustment and more. It hands an overall good software to use

Cons

Honestly, there nothing to dislike about this course, but like most websites, company and most of our job all have days when something is having technical difficulties and we couldn't clock in and rarely happens by the way, but everything was fixed and updated literally the next day.

Cons

Occasional small bugs during feature updates (like a glitch with HSA contributions one pay cycle that got fixed fast), and the pricing isn't fully transparent upfront—you really need a demo to see the full quote.

My experience is excellent. I've been using it for almost a year and it is super helpful. I love the notifications for company issues - I especially love the integration for letting me know to update my work laptop.

I really have no issues with Rippling. It does everything I need it to do for work related tasks. My only caveat is that it's 2FA is not hooked up with Google authenticator. I have a separate 2FA just for Rippling.

Pros

Rippling's all-in-one platform makes managing my staff punch ins, employee documents, and vacation time/sick time incredibly efficient. The interface is clean and easy to navigate. The onboarding process is very simple.

Cons

At first, the only downside was that the initial setup can be a bit overwhelming due to the depth of the amount of features. That's also a very positive thing.

Hands down the best user experience I've worked with. Very simple. Incredibly intuitive. Operator friendly.

Pros

Rippling is so customizable. It has everything you could need as an HR manager. Super great for our company and our employees already love it more than our last system.

Cons

There were a few bugs during the integration process that slowed things down and were difficult to manage.

Highly intuitive platform. Currently saving our team and HR dept valuable time. We have tried many platforms, Rippling is currently winning.

Pros

Flexibility in team management, overview of reporting is terrific. The flexibility in being able to categorize our employees in the various business departments we operate in is a game changer.

Cons

So far no complaints other than attempts to invoice for late fees while onboarding. These were handled by rippling support, so no real complaint there.

Cons

I had very smooth experience from the day I started using Rippling. The interface is beautiful, but the backend "formula" builder for custom reports and automations requires some serious technical "know-how" to master.

Rippling is a platform that allowed going through the onboarding process quickly and effectively with no issues whatsoever.

Cons

It did not give me the ability to negotiate the terms of the offer I received. Everything seemed robotic and unflexible as if i was dealing with a cold system.

Pros

How easy to use it is, so intuitive and its very easy to onboard new members, usually nobody gets lost in the process, we haven't found any bugs or issues so far and everytime we've had any questions the customer support team replies super duper fast, plus managing our employees payroll is very easy and kinda hands free

Cons

i guess the UI could use a touch up and be prettier but that doesn't really affect the service itself

My overall experience with Rippling has been a Good experience so far. It aligns with other payroll apps like ADP .

Pros

Ease of access to all Human Resources related topics. I can manage my time off request , employee payroll, and year end documentation. Managing employees HR matters from an app while in the field is the best part! I can use all functions from an app including customer support.

Cons

So far I have not ran into any issues related to the Rippling app. There is no employee pay calendar but I think that is a job related issue.

Overall, Rippling changed the way I receive payments for my hard work. It's hassle free and I'm able to save time on delays and it converts it much higher so I receive every penny I deserve.

Pros

The ability to receive funds real time. It also has a built in conversion rate which is a lot higher than other platform. It also has the ability to transfer funds to local bank with zero to minimal delay.

Cons

Some login issues occurs but nothing a call or email from support team can not fix. It still has some other features I'm not sure about funtionality.

It's easy to submit expense requests and get approval from management. It stores the receipt, amount, memo, category, and anything else in one place that's easy to see when it's approved and paid out. It's also easy to see time off, how much is left, and making requests.

Pros

Rippling makes it incredibly easy to manage all things work-related. You don't need to sign into multiple pieces of software anymore, just one hub for time, spend, pay, and any other work-related questions or concerns. I'd prefer using Rippling over any other HR software I've used in the past at other companies. Highly recommended!

Cons

I occasionally run into bugs that require contacting support, but they're usually more complex bugs like deferring reports to another manager when on leave.

A complete waste of time. Going back and forth via email and multiple meetings only to be backdoor with an unacceptable pricing structure.

Pros

Nothing. There was not a single aspect of this nearly month-long process that stood out as a positive experience whatsoever.

Cons

I explored Rippling as a potential payroll and HR solution for my small business. What followed was nearly a month-long process filled with consistent emails and multiple meetings, all building toward what I hoped would be a viable solution. After investing that significant amount of time, I was blindsided by a quote that came in well over $400 per month. This was never communicated upfront, and that lack of transparency is a serious problem. Had Rippling been upfront about their pricing from the start, I could have made an informed decision without going through a weeks-long evaluation process only to find out the cost was never going to be viable for my business. I would strongly caution other small business owners to push hard for transparent pricing before investing any time in their sales process. What should have been a straightforward evaluation turned into a frustrating and deeply unnecessary experience.

User-friendly with seamless access via both app and website. The availability of customer support when needed.

Cons

As of the moment, I have not had a negative experience with this product. I have not experienced any issues with bugs or program freezing during usage.

I honestly love this software. I love that it can be interactive within the office and I love that I don't need to call HR to get information about my employment or payroll. Everything I need, including an org chart, is right at my fingertips. I can request time off and see the approvals right away. I can take training courses or just check on the feed to see who is celebrating and anniversary or birthday, as well as who is out for the day. We use the Feed home page as our "water cooler" to announce contests and games.

Pros

I love that everything I need to know about payroll, health benefits, training, activities within my office, birthdays, anniversaries, time off requests, etc. are included in one product.

Cons

There isn't much to dislike. There was a learning curve coming from other software, but once I got the hang of it, I realized how easy it was to navigate all the tabs to find the information you need.

It’s a powerful, all-in-one platform that significantly streamlined HR, payroll, and IT processes, especially around onboarding, offboarding, and automation. While the breadth of features can make setup and customization a bit complex at first, once everything is in place it works efficiently and scales well with company growth.

Overall, Rippling is a tool that allows us to easily handle all of our inquiries as an agent, even though it has some areas of oportunity, it makes easier the workload for everyone.

Pros

The facility of use for time managing, combining HR, payroll, benefits, device / IT provisioning, compliance, and more all in one system; Rippling makes it much easier to bring a new employee on board: sending offer letters, getting documents signed, enrolling in benefits, provisioning devices/accounts, etc.

Cons

They don’t always publish transparent pricing, so it’s hard to predict exactly how much it will cost, especially as you add more employees or modules, also in certain cases, communication is via ticketing or email, and users feel there’s a lack of dedicated human contact or escalation for critical problems.
