My biggest goal was to make our production log process more efficient and it has done exactly that. Pros Very user friendly and it made our manufacture process much more efficient. The production order flow is very well thought and you can customize any production order with multiple productions and blend inside the same production order allowing for a very efficient flow. Cons I wish it was integrated with FBM as well, not only FBA. idelaly I woul dlove to see FBM orders coming in through wherefour. I also think woul dbe really nice if Wherefour could have a discounted shipping rates and was able to printi shipping labels directly inside the software at the work order. We had many questions that they answer quickly. The support we received was a 10 out of 10. Pros Simplicity and very user friendly! Bright open user interface that flows well. You can easily navigate. Also being able to use multiple pages while working was really helpful. Cons The learning curve. Always frightening working in a system you're unfamiliar with. Once the dust settles it works well. The tool is clearly growing at a very fast pace and I look forward to the features they roll out in the coming months and years. Pros The software is web-based so it means it can run on any web-enabled device. It's very intuitive for our manufacturing operators and most of the UI is very easy to grasp. It's using the best of the modern web, compared to so many other dated inventory management tools. I love the custom label editor and templates for PDF reports for things like customer order PDFs and cycle count reports. The support has been outstanding and the onboarding team has really ensured our issues are addressed in a timely fashion. Cons While the product is in the Sage Intacct marketplace, it's clear the integrations are still being worked on as customers need them. There are some serious limitations to how you can do lot/bar/serial# automation which is requiring us to rethink a lot of our existing systems but it can feel limiting at times. July 20, 2023 5.0 Pros In the past, our company's had a really hard time getting everyone to utilize the software consistently and correctly. Wherefour is EXTREMELY intuitive and has eliminated the need for constant retraining sessions. Cons In the event that an employee plugs in his/her own WO #, I wish there was a way that the program could recognize whether or not that WO # had previously been created/used, prevent the employee from using the duplicate #, and redirect him/her to create a new number. Couldn't be happier with our decision to implement. Pros Wherefour is very user friendly, and well suited to our food manufacturing business. We use this across multiple departments daily. The customer support is second-to-none, and from implementation to process integration to product launch we were well taken care of at every step! Cons More customization would be helpful, specifically for daily reporting. Also, an ability to drill down/up from Sales order (start) to invoicing (finish) would be helpful for researching issues. Customer support is very on point and helpful. Sometimes the system seems a little slow, or as we recently noticed, people will be locked out of certain processes while reports are generating. I also feel like the training, while very useful, still needs some more education in areas. I feel like some sections, while individually explained, did not fully explain the synergies between sections. Pros The learning curve is doable, with enough information to teach someone a lot with the training. It feels like sometimes the material covered in the training does not fully encapsulate what information we are looking for on certain subjects (such as integration of Quickbooks). There are some discrepancies where it would list something as a non-inventory item, and then later called in an inventory item, which caused some confusion during the mapping process. Cons the overall price seems high relative to the process we are working with. The sequence flowing of using the system feels like production has some hoops to jump through. While I appreciate the ability to move items along from customers generating a quote, all the way through the order process, there does not seem to be a way to use that information to directly create purchase orders for materials, which would be a huge time saver if that were the case. I also am not a fan of the fact that information can't be deleted. We have a lot of test material that sometimes we don't need anymore, or orders that were canceled that we don't need to keep in the ERP system. Review Source TW Tavor W. They are so willing to understand our business needs and they are consistently attempting to work with us in order to successful. Truly "Our success is their success" attitude! Pros From the start, I was very impressed with the ease of use to get the software implemented and get up and running. The infrastructure of the software is exactly what we were looking for and provided all of the critical features such as Order Management, Warehouse Management and Inventory Management. Our Company was had unprecedented volume and the integration services with our ecommerce store played a significant factor. The ability to get the reporting in all these areas were critical to our success and the support team and services were outstanding. Cons The main dashboard has been improved as in the beginning there was no way to customize relevant to our organization. Makes Inventory Management an order of magnitude easier as a mixed ecomm/wholesale company. 4. Removes all stress of traceability and mass balance audits from our certifiers and the FDA. Cons 1\. Onboarding was not fun at all. 2. Subscription fee should NOT be charged at the same time as new user pays for setup credits in month 1. 3. Their team has always been available for any and all questions, reccomondations, improvements not only during implementation but the months beyond as we started to navigate the system. This system has been essnetial to the sucess of our operations from inventory management, to production reconciliatin to informed decision making through acessible reporting. Pros I love the interface, the ease of use, and the quick accessibilty to all our minformation on our FG, raw materials, packaging and orders. In addition, the reporting and export functions have been essential to allowing us to quickly access data and make informed decisions! Cons We are still learning the system, but have few requests aroundenhanced scrap management and reporting, as well as some simple requests regarding location filters + data fields. Cons The system can be clunky at times. One of the issues is not being able to delete items because they have been used before in a formula. Pros Our favorite aspects of Wherefour are the ease of Production planning, tracking, and inventory recording. We are a certified organic organization and having access to all of our records in one place makes our audit periods so easy. Wherefour is truly built out for traceability and it does not fail! Cons I haven't found many downsides about using wherefour. One thing (very specific to our process) is that I wish it were easier to pull reports that tie order number to the lot number that was shipped. This is crucial to a production trace-back audit. July 15, 2021 5.0 As the owner of a small company we try to keep everything easy and accurate since we have a small staff and their main purpose is to make quality products, and not to get bogged down with tedious paperwork. My production team implemented Wherefour to keep track of raw material and final production inventory about four years ago. Our audits were very tedious and we didn't everything on paper. I wasn't sure going to a cloud based MRP would be a good idea as we seemed to have our "on paper method" dialed in. I was very wrong. Although I don't use Wherefour to track raw materials like the production team does, I have found myself going in and doing reporting of production runs more and more. The fact I can put a date range in and see how many X we made from X to X in X year...is amazing. I don't think we could function well now without Wherefour and I see now our "mock recall scenario's" were a mess! Paper is NOT a good thing after all. Although I am not involved in the yearly certification audits we do, my staff now is very confident and calm with zero prep work pre-audits. This saves us time and money overall. Wherefour is just really great and evolves readily with the industry. Top notch. Pros Ease of use Accurate reporting "Fingertip" information Organization of all.the.things. Cons Honestly, nothing. At times, the calendars can be glitchy because you have to specify date ranges, but I realize for most, this is what they would want/need.
