Pros

I like the ease if using. Visual triggers.

Cons

Flexibility in adding additional functionality. Basically it seems that you have to wait for a high demand for the added functionality.

Pros

As we grow and expand our product line the traceability and inventory management, along with production planning are critical and Wherefour gives us all that in one platform while integrating with our accounting software and shipping.

Cons

It would be helpful if we were able to complete wholesale invoicing in Wherefour but due to the fact that taxes cannot be included it does make more steps.

Pros

Ease of use, don't need to wait for someone to fix a problem - updates can be immediate.

Cons

Quality reports are a bit cumbersome with Wherefour - we utilize SmartSheets and link to a Wherefour work order.

No complaints, truly. There were some features that were not available when we first started. Wherefour has always been happy to take our feedback and in several instances implemented updates that met the needs we had described.

This software allows us to easily manage incoming and outbound product for our clients. Each month, clients receive an update on how much product they hold with us and the what-if report has been a huge value add for our clients.

Cons

The training was long but well worth it for you to become a master of the system.

Wherefour is significantly easier to set up and operate than other traceability systems that I have used. The academy is a great resource and my implementation specialist was very responsive and helpful.

Cons

My only request is the ability to move around items in my PO's and SO's.

Great support and onboarding.

Pros

It has all of the features we need and will expand as our needs increase. Great integrations with Quickbooks and Shopify.

Cons

It will take some time to integrate fully but all software is like that.
