Pros: It has many tools at its disposal and can easily integrate with most services! There is a lot that it has to offer for managing and routing calls and data collection.

Cons: There have been times that it has dropped calls that should be waiting in the Q-4-Me system, but they have made many improvements regarding this.

Overall: It allows me to make my products work better than if they would on their own. They help me look great for my customers.
