The people who work at Cabstartup are friendly, but their product is absolute garbage that doesn't work in the slightest bit. Registration process for both the Driver and Passenger apps are unstable and will cut out, consistently, and leave you calling their back office to delete your info from their system since their password recovery doesn't work at all. Their Driver app is totally limited since Drivers cannot switch between multiple vehicle profiles. The passenger app would not allow anyone to add a credit card, and their admin site does not allow for specifying "credit card only" as a payment type, as it is with all other major rideshare apps. They will consistently lie to you and tell you how great their product is, but after months of trying to make it work, both myself, my drivers, my passengers, and everyone I had try to sign up and test it out all reached the same conclusion, their product is absolute garbage that doesn't work and no one should spend any money on it at all. Pros There is absolutely nothing to like about this software, since it is just a facade for a working product, when in fact it does not work at all. Cons Everything -Product is absolute garbage, it is so unstable it will consistently cut out throughout the registration process, leaving you to start from the beginning each time the app closes -If you manage to register a Passenger account, you will not be able to add a credit card to the account to pay for rides via credit card -Their Driver app does not allow drivers to have more than one vehicle on their profile, which leaves them unable to switch between multiple vehicles.
