Pros: Good solution. New features every month. Modern software. Great Team :-). Effective and fast support.

Cons: Proprietary software (no open source). No possibility to modify the source code. But we understand their business model in SaaS mode.

Pros: Set up is fast and it is easy to use. You can add files to upload, video...

Cons: I didn't really have things I didn't like.

Overall: We will have an interactive website, which is great for our customer community.
