From the start, the setup process was smooth, and the onboarding support from the team was excellent. Pros The user interface is clean and very intuitive, making it easy for both our front-of-house staff and kitchen team to use without any difficulties. Orders are sent to the kitchen instantly, which has drastically improved order accuracy and reduced wait times. Cons While basic functions are easy to use, some of the more advanced tools (like inventory tracking) require time to learn and aren’t always intuitive.
