Pros: Customer support is very good and the overall content available to you is satisfactory. They produce a number of blog and post entries that are well worth reading.

Cons: The software, in my view, is overhyped. What it is effectively doing is running a huge bunch of Ads and choosing which ones work best. The issue? You have to write the copy, content and keywords yourself. Which basically means, you are paying for them to try different variants of content you wrote yourself. And pay you will, the minimum investment is about 300EUR, before you start showing Ads. After the learning period, you are left with an optimised campaign but depending on your input i.e. Keywords, the resulting campaign could simply be what you would have run anyway.

The tool needs to optimise the whole process, not just run Ads and choose the best. In terms of machine learning, you should at the very least have access to similar industries and Ad creators to optimise them as well. Otherwise, I can't really see the value here.

Far too many variables at play here. The ROI is also suspect, you have to spend so much to run the learning platform that you'd want to already have a significant conversation rate to make it worthwhile.

Bottom line, its a very simple program made sound complex. Was my CTR high for the optimised campaign? Yes, but it did no better than the 18 months of manually made campaigns before it.

Overall: Being honest, I got very little benefit from this software.

Pros: I love the idea about saving with machine learning for Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads, also works with AdWords. And it's great to take advantage of that to make ads more efficient and get better results.

Cons: I have had bad luck, because in the time I have used adoptimizer, they had some bugs that affected my ads and they don't deliver results as expected. They fixed the bugs but the campaigns didn't performed as good as before the bugs.

Overall: Machine learning and testing of ads daily.

Pros: The fact that it does all the heavy lifting for me. Not only it puts machine learning to good use and deploys 50+ ad sets to test, optimize and reiterate , BUT it makes it incredibly easy to launch your campaigns!

Cons: When defining a target audience there is no real time feedback on the size of it

I literally have to go inside my Facebook's Ads Manager, create an identical mock audience just to see the potential reach and make a campaign decision based on that factor as well

Overall: Time saving & better performance
