Pros
Merging is amazing, better sort options, and joining tables.
Its easy to use , user interface is quite nice and easily acessable to everyone. User interface is quite nice.
Ease access features that made my works easy an save time for other tasks great user interface understandably even for starter.
Cons
Merging didn't work when number of columns where different in different files.
Not entirely transparent in use structure. As a beginner, the UI is very difficult to absorb immediately.
I had a hard time using this software with more than 300 lines of data.

"I found this software while trying to find a way to do matching for Excel docs, and it worked great"
Overall: I found a way to do "fuzzy matching" between Excel documents which I initially did not think would be possible using a Mac computer. I had to accomplish a relatively complex task and was able to do it through this software.
Pros: I love the fuzzy matching feature. I've used both the Levenshtein distance and Soundex methods and found that both were very effective in trying to do what I needed to, which was to find contacts between the spreadsheets which might have had similar but not exact information.
Cons: It took me a couple of repetitions to really master the software, but it was still intuitive enough to where I was able to learn it fairly quickly and accomplish a complex task in a relatively short amount of time.
"Good Tool to get sense of data"
Overall: I use it as a tool that helps me get sense of data while saving time. I don't have to write long excel commands every time I want to try something new and for that, its awesome.
Pros: I work with a lot of data and while Gridoc isn't very good with lots and lots of data - it works well with smaller datasets and this is where it gets useful. I do preliminary works with Gridoc using smaller datasets so that I get sense of my data. I like how easy it is to operate datasets - especially merging function in Gridoc. This saved me from typing long excel commands every time I want to test something and saved me a lot of time.
Cons: I wish this was great with larger datasets too but it isn't. This is only useful to me when I want to play around with small samples. Also, there is bit of learning curve. I struggled with it for a day but by 1 week, I could easily navigate it and get things done. I wish the developers worked better on user experience but it's not too bad either. Also, once I was working with two different datasets with different shape and it couldn't merge them.
"Gridoc is good for smaller amounts of data, but using extremely large sets is difficult. "
Pros: This simplified the amount of excel commands needed. I was able to do a lot of new things with my data that I would've had to waste time researching how to do in excel.
Cons: I had a hard time using this software with more than 300 lines of data. I think this would be useful in mid-large data sets only.
"enabled the locked features in my excel which i thought it would not be accessible again"
Overall: Made me work out the features that were locked and not accessible by online excel 365
Pros: Ease to use the software great looking User interface , Much simpler than any other softwares found online greate representation
Cons: Many more features can added and not able to edit properly when there are lots of data,Process Features are hidden to the user view

Cons: Add many more features within the dashboard. Some times edited files are not accessible in office365 online.pl fix those issues

Pros: Gets the job one, and does it with tons of data to spare. When I use the program, I eventually am able to get exactly the information I need.

Overall: saved me a ton of time, it's amazing!
Pros: The price was right for my needs and helped me accomplish a difficult task that would have taken me hours otherwise
Cons: The interface is not very intuitive at first but I was able to figure it out with some trial and error

Pros: I liked how straight forward it was for me to merge the shared information between two excel files. It used a simple graphical user interface that was self-explanatory, much simpler than the other methods I attempted that involved complex excel wizardry.
Cons: I dislike the file limit for the free user capabilities, however I understand the need to distinguish between premium and free tiers.
