Overall my experience has been positive, and I appreciate the support. I would recommend this platform to my fellow colleagues

Pros

What I like most about AllEvents is how easy it is to create and promote events to a broader audience. The platform provides great exposure and visibility. I also appreciate the outstanding customer service. The support team is proactive, and always reaches out to offer assistance.

Cons

One area for improvement is the platform’s navigation. As a user that's been on the platform for some time , I’m still learning how to maneuver through all of the features.

It's been the most hassle free experience using the platform. I find it fairly speedy to use and get any type of help from allevents. Especially on weekdays before the event .

Pros

It's very easy to create events and edit them without any wait time for it to get approved unlike bookmyshow and district which are very slow. I also appreciate how speedy the customer care is and how simple it is to manage ticketing at various venues as well.

Cons

There can be more types sub-divisions like only for Supperclubs, Parent & child events, pet-parent events, only for street-food lovers. The sub-category can be more specific and it would be great if the opportunity to find sponsors in also available and the type of Sponsorship they are willing to provide.

They reply to emails after the event is over and it takes them at least 2 weeks to just reply and even more time to solve a problem. They only care if you are a known big brand and don't care if you are an early stage startup/ are doing something different.

I would rate All Events a 9 out of 10 because of all the things stated above. Great overall. I hope they keep their fees low.

Pros

I love the ease of use, and the simplified fees. Plans are very affordable, and even the free options are functional.

Cons

My only critique is the customer service response time. On the rare occasion I have a question, it takes forever to hear back.

Pros

Easy event creation and ticket management with a smooth setup process. The white-label option for organizers is a strong advantage, helping maintain brand identity. The organizer page with follower count adds social proof, which helps build trust with new participants. It also helps in promoting events and getting good initial visibility and registrations.

Cons

Limited ability to track repeat attendees across multiple events in a centralized way. Light CRM features like attendee history, segmentation, or identifying top contributors could be improved. Some deeper analytics and insights are also missing for community building.

AllEvents also felt more effective for my use case in terms of audience discovery and event promotion.

its been great, already have tickets reserved! there is no learning curve, it asks you all the right questions to market your event.

Pros

Love that its super simple to get an event going, its intuitive to fill out and super simple to add all your emails to send out to your own email list.

Cons

nothing not to like yet, everything has been great so far, you event get email notifications when a ticket has been purchased

We love allevents! It takes just minutes to post a link and so easy to share! It also collects and stores data. It makes tracking so easy!

Pros

This is the easiest way to schedule events and capture and maintain all the data. Love that I can do it on my phone!

Cons

The only feedback would be to list registrations alphabetically when checking in folks and move them so that you don’t always see all names.

Fast and good communication with customer support. And i like that u can create a direct Code link for all events.

Pros

uncomplicated use and the possibility to sell tickets directly over the website. Its a good way also for small business to grow and reach an audience.

Cons

if someone wants to buy a ticket, i have to approve first. Thats the only thing i didnt like so much.

Great there is lots of support and allevents is a great website I use it for when we have special events.

Pros

Its easy to publish events with simple steps and in the mean time I can review lots of other events happening.

Cons

Nothing really it is a bit hard to do tickets offline of allevents but maybe I just don't know how to do that.
