During that time, the team was genuinely helpful and accommodating as things were changing quickly. As ad costs increased later on, I had to step back from paid promotions, but what I appreciated was that the team reached out personally to see how they could better support my events. That personal touch stood out. I also like that they continue to add new tools, like AI features and social media assets, which make promotion easier and save time. Overall, it’s been a solid, reliable platform with real people behind it — especially when support actually mattered. Pros What I liked most about AllEvents is how easy it is to get your event in front of people all over the world. It’s not just a place to host a ticket link — it actually helps people find events, which matters a lot if you’re not relying only on your own email list or social media. Used Ticket title as 'We Appreciate You' for customers to see. AE makes me feel completely in control, without taking advantage of me for my size and reach. They offer tremendous amounts of services and add-ons, most for free. I have no need to look for anything else, especially at these prices. Incredibly affordable for non-profits especially. Pros Incredibly easy to use. I have never used an events booking site until i started working for non-profits and needed simplicity, comprehensive design and reliable AI integration. We dont have a lot of money so the affordability is a huge plus. The mobile app made it even easier to edit my events on the go...which happens a lot more than you think. I feel like an expert and my colleagues think I am a genius, lol. Made even better when they eliminated the organizer fee if we stayed exclusive. I am the current president of the New Elmwood Park Chamber of Commerce. Cons I have not come across a con, I have been using AE for three years. It was clunky at first and the .IO url seemed strange but everything has been better than I had thought. Any complaint I would have had seems to have already been addressed by recent updates.
