During that time, the team was genuinely helpful and accommodating as things were changing quickly. As ad costs increased later on, I had to step back from paid promotions, but what I appreciated was that the team reached out personally to see how they could better support my events. That personal touch stood out. I also like that they continue to add new tools, like AI features and social media assets, which make promotion easier and save time. Overall, it’s been a solid, reliable platform with real people behind it — especially when support actually mattered. Pros What I liked most about AllEvents is how easy it is to get your event in front of people all over the world. I find it fairly speedy to use and get any type of help from allevents. Especially on weekdays before the event . Pros It's very easy to create events and edit them without any wait time for it to get approved unlike bookmyshow and district which are very slow. I also appreciate how speedy the customer care is and how simple it is to manage ticketing at various venues as well. Cons There can be more types sub-divisions like only for Supperclubs, Parent & child events, pet-parent events, only for street-food lovers. The sub-category can be more specific and it would be great if the opportunity to find sponsors in also available and the type of Sponsorship they are willing to provide. Cons The exorbitant amount for the promotion plan can be unaffordable by many events planners of which can hamper the spread of the event. if the price was lower, many events planners would afford to pay which generates revenue for the platform while helping events planners reach out to more audience. For a small business this limit does not work for us. I have not seen any actual ticket sales from your site. Maybe if I was able to publish ALL of my events free and could track the sales as actually coming from your site I'd be happier. Pros Seems easy enough to post an event, with all of the events details and the flier and even links to my website. Cons Do not like needing to pay to post events or that postings are limited.
