Pros: Setting up Pleesher was rather easy for us. Installing the extension to our wiki was very straightforward, and whenever we ran into problems in the setup phase due to our cuistomization needs, things were quickly resolved by the developers. Pleesher helped us customize the product to our own needs, helping us integrating it into MediaWiki in the process.

Cons: Due to the nature of MediaWiki, integrating external things is hard. This makes certain things in the code a bit clunky and unelegant, however this is more due to MediaWiki than due to Pleesher.

My experience with their gamification apps has been great.

Pros: The thing I like most about Pleesher is the simplicity of their product. It's straight to the point: you don't have to read docs or anything to get started. Just fill a quick form, add a few lines of code to your website and you can already have a feel of what their widget will look/behave like. And there's a complete API to poke around with, to dive deeper.
