Pros

Can't think of a thing. It is not user friendly at all. There are so many steps involved in even the easiest of tasks.

Cons

Where do I begin? It's not Dentrix or Eaglesoft. To get training is so overpriced that I am having to learn on my own and it is just not a system that is useful.
