Deployment and initial configuration When implementing NCM, it performed: deploying a server on Windows/Linux; connecting network devices from different vendors (Cisco, Mikrotik, Huawei, HP/Aruba, Fortinet); configuring credentials and access profiles; integration with OpManager and ServiceDesk Plus to automate incident handling. Plus, the process of connecting devices is quite simple, but for some models it was necessary to manually adjust the backup/restore commands. Pros Here are the main advantages of ManageEngine Network Configuration Manager (NCM), which are most often noted by administrators and which are considered the strongest sides of the product.: 1. Centralized configuration management You can manage the configurations of all network devices from one location — switches, routers, firewalls, and Wi-Fi points.
