Its better than Panorama for monitor. However, when it fails, it fails very well..Have had to redeploy 3 times to new servers because the install could not be fixed.

Pros

After doing some work, it mostly works with PaloAlto systems. Not clean, bad at change management, bad when dealing with HA firewalls.

Cons

No Cisco Meraki support, very bad support for PaloAlto HA firewall sets, the system keeps wanting to license the inactive unit.

I had a good experience with this product, especially with customer support. Always ready and available for questions, 24 hours.

Pros

Firewall Analyzer is good product and allows you to easily manage your firewalls and it gives you a big help when talking about PCI/GPDR. You can find all the reports you need. Very useful the rules management, it helps you to keep clean you newtork environment.

Cons

It breaks easily. Maybe this product is still young, but I found out that is very fragile. I opened several tickets to customer support because of bugs or other kinds of problems.

Pros

The live monitoring dashboard is very intuitive which accustoms any new team member to understand the solution & be effective without too much of efforts.

Cons

I don't see any con , however some additional features which helps in providing more data set to SIEM solution can be provided.

In our company we needed to deploy reliable VPN reporting, detect anomalies in traffic and ensure standards compliance. Great customer support.

Pros

Easy to use while keeping it safe when used by firewall non-admins who just need to "take a look" at something. Nice for VPN reporting.

Cons

Compliance check on Cisco ASA, because the software is nit capable of getting the full picture. For example it's not able to take into account time ranges.

Was not purchased as the main reason, just as a Value-Add to our customer, but for what we using it for it is adequate, but learning to do more with it.

Pros

I most like the reporting functionality.

Cons

Its not so much the Firewall Analyzer, but the main Op Manager software. The FWA is deployed as an addon on the Op Manager and the Op Manager upgrade process is very cumbersome.
