Cons If you are not the right person for this question, can you please forward this to your customer service or tech team? Or reply back with their contact information? If you are the person for this question – Please help … We are having an issue with NTASK syncing among multiple users. For example, our Quote Que workspace is primarily shared/used by three individuals. On Friday one person made a task as ‘IN PROGRESS’ but the other users saw that same task as ‘NOT STARTED’ and began working on it. This caused it so that we had multiple people unknowingly working on the same task. We need a remedy for this – This problem is/was the whole reason we switched to NTASK. I have been using nTask for a year and its going amazing so far. Best of all, most of important features are free ! Cons I think the web application of nTask is not desinged well. Its need some improvement from users point of view. Also the mobile app is not that much good. Have a good day 🙂 Pros Since the beginning when we started our digital marketing business, Ntask was so impressive that still in the presence of many other project management platforms, we can't even think of migrating from this platform. The reason why Ntask is my favorite is because it is simple, user friendly & has a very professional interface plus customer support is very cooperative and always tries to resolve the issues as soon as possible. The projects can be shown in the "LIST" view which makes it more handy, because in my opinion "TILE" is kind of confusing when you have around 40-50 projects simultaneously. We can train any newbie about the usage of Ntask within a few minutes so this is another aspect why Ntask has an edge over other platforms in my opinion. Cons For desktop app it is 10/10, but for mobile app it is 5/10. Please work and improve the app for mobile too just like the desktop! The UI is not awesome but it is functional and very simple to understand. The support team is amazing, we have never been stuck with things and always got help when we needed - 24/7. Pros I really like how you can have different views of the same project - it has helped the different teams in our company stay updated as per their preferences. The Risk module is probably the strongest feature. It has been fundamental for us for managing large projects. Cons The mobile app is outdated and something that has become very important for us, and I am sure, many other users as well. I recommend it often to my partners and their executive admins. I like the experience and how I feel it automate my day. Pros I love that we can assign different tasks and that we can create sub categories. I also like that it automates my todo list in terms who who has and who has not completed a task. The ability to create teams is also useful given it allows for one to multi-task and stay on on top of important dates, events, and necessary follow up. I strongly recommend the app for those who just need to get organize. The time spent invested in learning your way around the ropes has a definite ROI. Cons I would prefer it was easier to set up. As mentioned above, it is worth learning how to use the app/tools but it was a challenge in getting teams together and in making sure people received an invitation. Can be a bit tedious to navigate. Pros I liked the flexibility and many options for setting up and tracking tasks. Really like the option for the GANTT chart and linking tasks Cons The different views are not well connected. Milestones on the gant chart are nonexistent on the other visuals. Would be good to have the option to turn off some of the views or consolidate some of the functions. I mostly wanted to setup a high level GANTT chart but it's a little bit hidden and disconnected from the other options. Would be good to be able to see the projects in relation to each other on the gant chart. Linking the tasks is a bit clumsy and doesn't show up anywhere in the task details. Would be good to have the option to have the start/end dates set independently from the linking function. Default view of the gant chart would be nice to be the highest level with all the subtasks folded in. With many tasks on the Gantt chart view it becomes tedious to scroll. Would love to have a desktop app rather than having to login over and over. Slack integration also desired. The app mirrors the online tool and is very intuitive and simple to use. Also, we were able to customize the product specifically to our workflow process and needs. The business plan allowed us the ability to do just that. Not an overly complicated product but does allow job tickets (tasks) to be customized with additional fields, etc..
