September 19, 2018 4.0 nTask has helped me organize monthly projects with my team. I love that I can set up checklists so we always know where we are on each project. The comments feature for each task is great for improving communication. I have reached out to support with questions and they responded within minutes with solutions. Support was outstanding, friendly and willing to help with anything I needed. I'm happy I found nTask. It has really helped me stay on top of my projects and feel more organzied. Pros nTask is easy to set up, easy to understand and perfect for setting up checklists and to-dos across teams. It only take a couple of minutes to create a task. Cons I don't like that the calendar view starts on Monday and I am unable to configure to start on Sunday. We are a We 100% volunteer run business. We were looking for a program to make it easier for our volunteers to communicate which they did not provide as promised. To make things worse they automatically withdrew over $700.00 from our account to renew our account which we didn't ask for. If they are willing to steal from us caring for our Veterans, I would think twice if I were you. Pros None; stopped using it after three months; was not customizable as described; glitched Cons Poor customer service; after a couple poor attempts from their "support team" nothing changed and we quit using their platform; They automatically renewed our account without permission and refuse to issue a refund. Also very easy to track hours Cons I sometimes try creating a new task and it looks like it gets created but it does not actually get created as when I try updating the task I get a "task does not exist" Error. I believe this is maybe an issue where only certain individuals inside a given workspace can create new tasks but it does not say that when I try to create the task. Indeed, I researched a lot of to-do list programs and tried about 15. none of them provide regular and easy tracking like ntask. You can see all the jobs on the calendar and add comments and attachments. You can group and standardize projects and tasks. It is also suitable for use as a team, but I use it alone. The interface is very clean and user friendly. Cons There is an application for ios and android, but it works from the browser on the pc. I think a standalone pc app would be great too. Pros I like that you can deep dive on your tasks, track parts of projects and also track your time spent on particular projects. Cons It took a little to get used to the functionality when we upgraded, but the customer service agents are very helpful and there to answer any questions. Pros As a team of one, I needed a free version of project and task management software to be able to track my podcast tasks, so I opted for the free version of nTask. I found that it did all that I needed to get the job done, and I couldn't argue with the price of the free version. Cons Sometimes ordering and dating tasks is a little tricky or takes a while to save. Reason for choosing nTask The free version gave me the tools I needed. I love its intuitiveness and easiness of use. As I am exploring many different tools, I find this one to be among the easiest to use. And it has plenty of features addressing many different aspects of the work process in a neat and nice way like meeting scheduling. Pros This is easy to use tool with a very intuitive design that allows you to very quickly find your way around. From all the standard features I particularly liked the risk management feature -- risk matrix -- something that oftentimes gets neglected.
