This allows us to prioritize and execute, as well as track our overall progress in achieving our goals. Pros I'm very much a plug and play kind of person. When I use a software, I don't have a lot of time to sit down and watch videos on how to use it. If I can't figure it out quickly, then I don't use it. This software was very easy to figure out. Cons As an administrator, I had some initial complication assigning tasks to my team. There was more set up involved and it took me some time to figure out. I also like the way that the tasks are set up. Cons When you click on a board it automatically takes you to the task list instead of the board view. It is sometimes hard to find specific features. July 12, 2022 3.0 I was looking to use nTask as a replacement (for starters) for Todoist, but I couldn't find any good way to import the data. I put in a ticket, and was given a file that would supposedly import 1 of my 30+ Todoist projects, but it did not work in the way Support said it would. In any case, manually editing all of my 30+ exported Todoist project was just not worth the effort. So I effectively just gave up on nTask before really getting started. Pros Since I didn't really use nTask, I can't really say there is anything I like the most. However, this survey required at least 40 characters in this response so... Cons No good import process.
