Cons To much pop up ads while trying to research and look for information and data. Finances is not upfront need to know cost as quick as possible. Whenever we encountered one, we had fast responses from the customer support team. Cons I think that the only issue we had is that sometimes we were not able to find some patients but that was mostly our own fault. Also, bugs and issues are fixed promptly. Cons When having multiple patient tabs open and trying to organize them in particular order, the order changes when another tab is opened. We have specific requirements that were needed for the data we are tracking, and Health Cloud was the perfect system for this. The platform was custom built to accommodate our needs. Pros The ease of use. The compatibility the system has with other applications and the amount of functionality the system has. The ability to personalize the system to accommodate the needs of the user is wonderful. Cons The IT support system. It seems as though they weren't familiar with the design of our specific data system platform and usage, therefore they were unable to assist with many issues that we were experiencing.
