Pros
The team they have had over the years makes this web base service amazing. I have always walked away from interactions with the troubleshooting techs impressed and happy.
I like that there can be great reports by the software if you put in great information that gets specific by category and subcategory's.
They are constantly updating to make it better and it is user friendly to use. I am very impressed with Dude Solutions.
I think the thing I appreciate the most is the software company's continued effort to make the product better and better. It has improved tremendously in the past five years in both breadth and depth.

No app for iPhone or iPad, so its hard to use on the go.
At first, I found it a bit difficult to navigate throughout the system.
I find it hard to navigate, meaning there are to many steps to complete a work order or request.
Additionally, the program itself can be a little tough to navigate. We have used the program for over 8 years and still to this date some of our sites struggle a little to utilize its full capacity.

"Efficient!"
Overall: My job is much more efficient and productive now!
Pros: As an employee who takes requests for maintenance, housekeeping, telecom, etc. it makes it so much easier to be able to give requestors access to enter their own tickets vs. the phones ringing off the hook and trying to relay requests. It was very easy to learn how to use and it's quick to give others access to various roles. The reports are very customizable and are an efficient tool to use.
Cons: There is nothing I dislike since I've begun using this software!

Overall: Overall the software works well for our needs. It is easy to use, easy to set up, simple for staff to understand. The software helps keep my staff on track with request and with PMs. It also help track cost that can be used at budget time.
Pros: The software has PM procedures built in, when you set up PM you can choose to use this procedures or they help you in building your own. The easy of setting up the program Worxhub staff was great to work with The easy of using the software, easy for my staff to learn to use.
Cons: Sometime the Category and Subcategory does not fit. Worxhub does not have an interface for Bio-med test equipment to communicate data to worxhub, it has to be enter manually.
"Best work order management system I've used."
Overall: WorxHub is the tool that we use to manage all the work requests from team members, residents and management. It keeps our Environmental Services Department organized, lets us know when a piece of equipment is in need of Preventative Maintenance, like a filter change, and allows us to document how and when a task was done and how long it took.
Pros: WorxHub has multiple areas for our users to identify what kinds of work needs to be done. Either housekeeping or maintenance. Tracks assets in aging them or maintenance that needs to be done or has been done.
Cons: It can be a little slow at times in its response serverwise, but over all not alot of cons.

Overall: Great product and amazing customer service. Customer Service is always willing to assist with any issues and they are very friendly.
Pros: It is very user friendly and I am able to go in and create barcodes or set up work orders to track how work is being completed on a daily basis.
Cons: I wish that you were able to scan a barcode and it track who was where. It would be more beneficial for when an employee goes into an area.

Overall: Powerful tool Worxhub is. Streamlined the maintenance tasks. Equipment no longer gets forgotten about and neglected. etc, etc
Pros: Worxhub is a powerful database and has streamlined this department.
Cons: One feature I do not like about Worxhub is there is no easy way to assign multiple work orders to one maintenance tech from the pending tab. Once a pending work order is accepted it's possible but by then you've made 11 clicks with a mouse per work order.

Overall: 5 star in all areas honestly. Easy to navigate reports, questions, following requests from start to finish, easy to help others navigate when they first use, easy to make changes or deletions.
Pros: Implementation was super easy compared to my original thoughts. Ease of use is off the charts. Important when asking others to embrace change.
Cons: I honestly do not have a con. Price could always be little lower but in comparison to other programs it is still in line.

Overall: Great program - easy to use, and even easier to teach others to use.
Pros: I love the ease of putting in work order requests through Worxhub. I can see when they have been received, as well as get an email when they have been completed. I share log in info with staff and they no longer have to come to me with their issues, I encourage them to enter themselves.
Cons: What I do not like about Worxhub is the unaccountability of the preventative maintenance program. Tasks are easily bypassed by staff for another day. I understand it is the managers job to follow up, but sometimes these tasks add up quickly.

"Hospice Facility Review"
Overall: My situation was rather unique in that I had nothing to start with. Creating our locations, and assets was a time consuming task. For those that currently have a CMMS system the transition would be rather easy. I also want to mention the training and support documents were very helpful.
Pros: The primary objective was to get a handle on our compliance needs. Fire suppression & alarm system testing, emergency lights, emergency power systems, etc. Many of these inspection \ testing requirements are available in a template form for easy implementation.
Cons: In reality every location contains assets, and every asset (equipment) is comprised of sub-assemblies and parts. It would be nice to reference common used parts for each piece of equipment. Such as bearings, belts, filters, hoses, and fluids. This really helps control parts inventories. To be fair I did not purchase the inventory modules so maybe this is included in that system.

Overall: I'm very pleased with Worxhub it has reduced techs response time since we went to mobile devices; no more coming back to the shop to see if any more work orders have been printed out and ready to be done.
Pros: I like that I can go to one place to see all work orders, inventory and PMs. Able to create master PM templates in order to create multiple PMs instead of re-type one over and over again.
Cons: My least favorite is when work orders are assigned to TEAMS that in worxhub it's listed in the Pulse page under Unassigned work orders when they are assigned.

Overall: I think it is a positive one... (It is easier to use and is user friendly if you know where to record your info.)
Pros: We had to gather all of the Assets and Assign a Date, and Value
Cons: If the Asset recorded is incomplete- No Value, No Dates, Has absolutely No Value to Me or My Company...
"Facilities and Campus operations and maintenance solution"
Overall: This suite of solutions have enabled us to reduce time on transportation needs, simplify room booking, validate expenses on maintenance, and convert from being reactive to proactive by managing recurring and scheduled preventative maintenance work orders. Our organization has adopted bar coding of assets which saves time tracking assets and helps account for repaired, replaced, and misplaced assets.
Pros: The Worx-hub software and suite of solutions is of exceptional value and very user friendly. Like any other system or activity, what you put into it, you will get out of it. The system is scalable and interfaces well with multiple hardware platforms. Ease of use for end users is exceptional. Our end users include residents with little to no experience, staff with basic to moderate computer systems experience too our fully engaged maintenance and operations staff.
Cons: The most challenging aspect of the software, like any other, is the initial data entry of assets, products and systems, where none previously existed. It would have been far better if we had the ability to port over data.

Overall: Organization in tracking everything that happens. Works great for labor tracking to assess time allotment and needs, budgeting and reserves studies. Utilizing WorxHub allows you know your stuff...ALL your stuff.
Pros: The shear expanse of what WorxHub can manage is vast. It can organize and extrapolate information for real time up to date reporting with astounding accuracy, resulting in expedited action when maintaining facilities. The greatest challenge for a Facilities Manager is , the unexpected, which WorxHub removes a large portion of.
Cons: Customization, this system has preloaded items that cannot be removed, you just have to look past them.
"WorxHub has a been helpful to our organization"
Overall: When our "new at the time" FS Director introduced this product, is was met with uncertainty, but it has been extremely helpful to have the ability to submit real-time requests and get quick responses. The training time to get staff and residents on board and using it correctly didn't take nearly as long as many expected.
Pros: No more paper! Requests are submitted and can be accessed immediately by maintenance, IT or EVS staff.
Cons: It would be nice if my personal info populated into the "requested by" section.

Overall: Worxhub is good stuff. I feel like it can make the difference between a regular everyday maintenance department and an organized, efficient maintenance team.
Pros: If used correctly it can keep up with everything that has been done in any location on our 100 acre property.
Cons: When going around the Wifi connections may change and cause the mobile version to not function correctly. On the desktop version there is a regular freezing while trying to do anything. Would like the funtion to search for items in the details seperately from the description.

Pros: The level of priority management for work orders is extremely useful in allowing us to keep requestors informed on the status of work orders they generate.
Cons: Based on our needs and what we use the software for there is none I can think of at the moment.
