Pros

Value for the money is great. I feel TheWorxHub is comparable to most of the top CMMS systems out there, but is much more affordable. I've been very happy with all aspects of asset management from adding inventory to running asset reports, it all works very well.

Cons

Some of the processes to access the data you need are a little convoluted but I will say the training offered during implementation and the training videos available in the Info Center are very helpful in learning the few processes that aren't very intuitive.

I have been working with the worxhub for a few months all and all it is a great asset management system ...the learning curve is steep but manageable

Pros

The fact of being able to login remotely and manage database is the top draw for our team. Security is also top-notch which is a plus

Cons

Lack of different reports it looks like it was designed for facility maintenance not biomedical equipment asset reporting

Navigating and knowing where to go is easy set up and color scheme navigation go good together and is pleasing

Pros

You can keep track of the work that you do the time you spend on it and how old or how long it's been waiting to get done

Cons

A lot of times it'll go to a blank spot. A lot of times you click save and I'll ask you to change your location but it's already correct so you got to race it and put it back in just to save something and it does it pretty often

I was able to learn it right away with no slow down in workflow so that was very nice. It's also been much better for our department as a whole as we can put more details and do better searches and report pulling.

Pros

It was easy to learn and interface with. It is also much more affordable than our last work order system.

Cons

I don't like how small the dashboard page is. The interface would be a lot better if the dashboard utilized the allowed space better.

Ive been using Worx hub for five years and it has been a lifesaver for me and keeping me on task and on time.

Pros

Kudos for the ease of use. Being able to search multiple ways. Being a maintenance tech requires being organized.

Cons

I can't say that have any complaints. I had some issues with designating what building is cumbersome

Very easy to use and navigate. It helps me keep track what needs to be done and to help others by adding work orders with things that I see that needs to be addressed.

Task Management. Process Management. Process management. Equipment Management. Security; no one can access our site without knowing the URL.

Cons

The new scroll within the site for the work orders. I understand that it limits the scrolling down the page but trying to see the options for the work order at the bottom of the list doesn't work. The user will need to completely open the work order to see the options.

I love it !!!! It is great to use and keep track of problems that occur over and over . The bar scan method is very time conservative

Pros

I like that you can add different tabs for different locations. And keeping up with PMs and equipment

Cons

The mobile app is somewhat difficult to use. The pages seems to be to busy and such. Harder to find the status

Good, I appreciate it's consistency and the fact that it can be used by everyone in the organization.

Pros

Being able to address issues to an entire team of people and get feedback as needed.

Cons

Not knowing how long until an issue will be addressed can be a problem. Also, if one department cannot address it, but knows which department can, they should be able to forward it for approval.

The Work Hub is a great tool to enter the information on hand just in case they are unable to fill it the same Day. Also, it is easy to cancel an order vs trying to reach out to someone via Phone.

EVS/Housekeeping work orders can be placed and tracked, assigned, and completed, as well as Maintenance work orders. We utilize the projects feature to manage complex projects that consist of multiple work orders and makes it easier to stay organized.

Pros

The worxhub work order system has many features that allow for accepting work requests, completing work orders, preventive maintenance on equipment and spaces, and has allowed us to move away from manual paper / faxed work orders for our Hospital.

Cons

While the Worxhub mobile version is functional, it needs to be made into an actual app instead of a landing page for a website. An app would be in line with what other CMMS software is doing, and would be faster than waiting for a page to load. I hope Brightly is planning on making a robust app that can replace the mobile worxhub!!!

Reason for choosing TheWorxHub

The worxhub had the features needed and the price point was appropriate. We also had a 2nd campus that originally had dude solutions installed so we were familiar with the product, and some of the data collection was already done.

Pros

It's a great visual way to stay on top of day to day issues. Keeps PM's organized with contractors. Good scheduler and reminder. Don't have to rely on my memory.

Not being able to 'back-up' from some parts of the application to another.

Powerful tool Worxhub is. Streamlined the maintenance tasks. Equipment no longer gets forgotten about and neglected. etc, etc

Pros

Worxhub is a powerful database and has streamlined this department.

Cons

One feature I do not like about Worxhub is there is no easy way to assign multiple work orders to one maintenance tech from the pending tab. Once a pending work order is accepted it's possible but by then you've made 11 clicks with a mouse per work order.

WorxHub has been a time saver, money saver and ensures everyone has the same information at any given time. What you put into WorxHub - You'll get out.

Pros

(1) All departments have access to the same information at any given time. (2) Creating scheduled work orders is very easy. (3) Ability to change labor for one or many work orders or for scheduled work orders is so easy. (4) Ability to follow up on a work order and ready the notes and time stamps has been so helpful. (5) Employees have a sense of accomplishment after a days work when they see all the work orders completed. (6) Ability to place a work order on hold for what ever reason helps it to not fall through the cracks. (7) Creating tasks in a work order ensures everything will be done and nothing will be missed when pulled away from a project for an emergency. The employee can return to the work order and know what still needs to be completed. (6) Many modules available for different departments to benefit from and all having access to the same information.

Cons

(1) We should be able to export all information we enter into WorxHub. We are not able to extrapolate information we entered into the system that would benefit other departments, i.e. run report on all pets, run report on individuals on oxygen, etc. If the role permissions have allowed the person access to the information, they should be allowed to see it and/or download a report with the information. (2) We are not able to see cell phone numbers. Majority of people only have a cell phone. We should be allowed to see the residents demographics on all work orders. It is a waste of time to go to another page, searching for the residents profile, and then being able to make the call needed to the resident. (3) Running reports could be a little easier. (4) When searching~ the header does not stay at the top. When you scroll down you loose the column header. Very frustrating. (5) When viewing information from the search mode - we can't lengthen the column to see all the details.

The WorxHub has made my job so much easier. It is geared to our business and not made to fit. I get accurate reports with very little set up and they are easy to understand. Whenever I have encountered a situation requiring help, if I can't solve it with the generous help section, I usually have it solved quickly via chat with a customer representative. I am a daily user and I am so happy we made the switch to The WorxHub as it has my work life so much easier.

Pros

User friendly, accurate data and most importantly, A+ customer service!

Cons

I don't have anything I don't like about the software.

I would say that the overall experience with WorxHub has been exceptional. Staff support is fantastic, always willing to assist. Software is only as good as the information that you provide. If we do our job, the software will take care of itself. I would highly recommend this software!

Pros

Our facility has utilized the Worxhub program for 10 years or so. I was part of the research team when we began research CMMS programs. What stood out about Worxhub was how robust the program was. The ability to track, manage and produce reports were important to us. In the Long-Term Care environment, our customer base are 65+ folks. They come into our facility with very high expectations. When our staff properly utilize the note functionality on work orders, we are provided with data that we can accurately respond when residents call on. This platform also provides us many tools to measure staff productivity. The program also allows for us to create resident, staff and area reviews and inspections. The program does an outstanding job of providing tools that assist with everyday management.Our facility also utilizes the Housekeeping and Landscaping modules. Housekeeping utilizes the program primarily for staff scheduling. We are able to create weekly schedules with support information for special requests like sheet sizing, product usage, time of day needs, etc. This is vital to our success.

Cons

I would say the one thing that continues to be somewhat of challenge is the overall speed of the program. The program with choose a server each day, but traffic on the program can slow down to a point of frustration at times. We are working with the Brightly team to help reduce issues on the client side and have seen improvements.

Reason for choosing TheWorxHub

We were looking for a program that could manage our work order load in a Long-Term Care facility. We push between 2200-2500 work orders each month. We need to be effective, quick and deliver service to our residents efficiently. WorxHub was the only choice for us once we began our search. We looked and a multitude of programs and felt Worxhub met or exceeded our expectations across the board.

It is overall an very good system, we use 7 modules currently. I would say it, as with anything takes some getting use to when you make an change but this switch was truthfully with simplicity and ease to make once you start using more and more and you will become so user friendly with the system.

Pros

Over the years we as an company have made suggestions to TWH for items to be added or changed and TWH, listens and adapts when possible to make these features that are important to the end user, as long as the benefit the greater good.

Cons

There are some occasional items that you have to work around with the way TWH classifies things, I was use to the address of the Residences being an Asset, but not in TWH it is an location. That does not allow for PM Work Orders to easily be set up for the Resident and not have to input the seperate Asset that you are setting the PM for.

Reason for choosing TheWorxHub

I liked the ease of use and the smothness of the flow of the work order from Request to Finish! Having all Locations in one data base makes life so much easier, almost 2,500 location in seperate data bases can be very nerve racking, so bringing these all together in one is so much easier on the Administrator, i.e. myself!
