I can't say That I have had any problem with the service.

Pros

Easy to manage. Great for communication. Good for details. I work in a clink and like that it offers me the option of letting my job know if this is in compliance with who were certified with.

Cons

Can't say, because I don't use enough features my job does not require me to use the other features.

It has worked well for our organization and we have been using this software for over 5 years now.

Pros

Our tenants are able to submit work orders on line easily which our maintenance personell can respond to. It also tracks our assets which we refer to frequently.

Cons

The reports are difficult to navigate and create.

Overall my TheWorxHub experience has been awesome. The customer service I would give a rating of 1000 out of 10. The service is always amazing, updates are regular and are for the betterment of the product. Cannot recommend enough.

I walked in with nothing to use. Within 60 days I had a functioning work order program that my entire facility was using. I was given trading and support along the way. I actually felt like the staff at the dude were trying to bug me. They were very detailed and consistent with the startup.

Pros

Adaptable by the user. Makes sense using it. Workflow is better than most CMMS programs.

Cons

I have used many CMMS programs over the last 10 years. This one has been my favorite. Right now as I learn it’s idiosyncrasies I don’t have anything I don’t like. I’m sure as I get into more technical arenas I will have suggestions.

Software is thorough but not optimized for the service technician on a mobile device with a small screen. Use of Priority COLOR system would help. There are too many steps required in creating work orders for simple tasks. There should be a streamlined system for quick tasks using a default set of prefilled checkboxes.

Pros

Comprehensive, covers everything you could want, but isn't user friendly at all. Mobile service technicians using phones with smaller screens will go blind trying to read and enter data into the complicated work order checklists.

Cons

Does not offer an easy way for a field technician to postpone or bump tasks to the next day due to on site circumstances such as bad weather, power outages, sick days etc... Mobile view isn't color coded for task priority. High Priority tasks should be BOLD and RED with a color code system in the list view. Software needs a simpler, streamlined mobile work order view system. NEEDS user selectable default task sort view (Priority, Due Date, Start Date, Location, Worker) Some of us want DUE Date as Default.

Worxhub can do just about anything when it comes to running a retirement community/nursing home. It is also very easy to use and they have excellent customer service.

Cons

The only negative thing I can think of is that you cannot delete anything you enter into the program.
