WorxHub/Dude Solutions provided an API for two way communication between WorxHub and our resident intranet website so that residents can check on the status of a ticket from our intranet. The integration went really smoothly and the residents are happy.

Pros

I like that I can check the room booking calendar anytime.

Cons

It is a little clunky when switching from user to administrator view.

I find it hard to navigate, meaning there are to many steps to complete a work order or request.

I was using facility dude and this seemed to be a bit more efficient and helpful.

They have very few Biomedical clients if that's you main focus. They do keep up on the latest standards and trends though.

Pros

Bar coding is supported as well as risk factors for an AEM program. No need for mobile users to be online at all time to use the program. Mobile app is fairly robust.

Cons

Many bulk adds-assets, clients users, etc must be entered in by Dude as there is no effective way to do things in bulk from the client interface.

Pros

Easy to use system with tons of great feature. The metrics reports are fully customizable and the interface is super simple.

Cons

The initial system setup can be time consuming and tedious. If your a large facility it's a lot of information to collect and input into a spread sheet.

We love that they take customer suggestions and incorporate them into the program. The ability to access our vast database via iPad from anywhere on our campus is a major plus.
