I like that I can change the darkness/lightness by clicking and sliding. All of the filters are very helpful, like darken, endo, color flip. Saving and storage is easy. Cons It can be slow, but its a ton of data so i'm not sure it could be any faster. It does crash regularly, but i've never had a problem where it crashed and didn't save the images. It's easy to save content, access patients, and add new ones. I think is a great software because it's so widely used, and it's pretty user friendly. Cons I will say, the interface looks like it hasn't been updated since the 90's. Perhaps it's good to keep things simple and consistent, but it's interface comparable to softwares like Five9. I do wish that it was a little more aesthetically pleasing - that could make it even more user friendly, but all around, MiPACS does that job, and does it well!
