Its allowed us to keep an eye on our systems while passing all security audits. Pros Easy to use, once you have it installed on a system, you can reach the portal from anywhere inside your network. The ability to connect to systems to monitor is easy and streamlined. For the amount of money it costs to monitor your entire environment is a fraction of other software brands. Alerting is immediate and comprehensive when setup. Cons The upgrade process can be a little challenging and you will want to ensure you have backups incase something goes wrong. It has improved greatly over the last few major releases and I haven't seen any recent issues. The metrics are broken up and describe areas that I can easily figure out latencies from and general resource utilization. Cons When analyzing historical performance reports for an incident, after a certain period of time, the metrics of more than 90 days take time to load.
