Pros Probably the thing I like most about OpUtils is that though the Utilities and features it has can be done through other means, the fact that they are baked into the Opmanager console makes it super convenient to use without searching all over for the functionality. Cons This is probably just a gripe about the overall Opmanager tool. The SAML authentication implementation needs some work. Which is strange to me because other Manageengine tools have SAML working perfectly. Switched from [Auvik](https://www.capterra.com/p/145245/Auvik/) Cost and functionality. The cost for the software is very reasonable for the type of network we have and compared to others like Solarwinds that I've used in the past is easy to setup and maintain. We bought other Manageengine products and the integration is fantastic between Opmanager and SDplus specifically. The ability to create and resolve tickets automatically between the two means less work for us when an issue pops up that is auto-resolved by the software. Review Source MG Margaux G.
