Many customers can think to buy it to improve the visibility of the environment. Pros It has two specific feature; IPAM (IP Address Management) and SPM (Switch Port Mapping). The IPAM is very useful when managing many subnets on the environment. The SPM is also useful to decrease the security concerns as increasing the visibility of the environment. It can identify the rogue devices as well. Cons The product can do IP Address Management but it cannot show the old time data for the IPs occupied by which devices. If this is implemented to the product, it can help solving and understanding the issues happened in the past as analyzing IP address leasing for specific date/time. Additionally, the visibility of device types on the environment can be improved as fetching data via WMI, SSH, SNMP, etc. Review Source
