Cette appli m'a permis un réel gain de temps et d'efficacité pour la gestion du planning de mon équipe. La gestion des honoraires est aussi grandement facilité. Lorsque je rencontre un problème, le SAV est efficace et rapide. Nous faisons un débrief annuel avec l'équipe de YoPlanning, cela permet de leur expliquer nos besoins. Certaines fonctionnalités découlent de ces débrief. La difficulté que je peux comprendre pour ce type d'appli c'est qu'au delà d'un socle commun de fonctionnalités, chaque structures à des besoins propre à son fonctionnement. J'apprécie, de sentir que YoPlanning est à l'écoute de nos besoins particuliers. Pros Il suffit d'avoir internet. Pas de logiciel à installer. La prise en main est rapide. L'organisation d'un planning d'une 50aine de personnes et d'environ 150 produits est relativement simple. Il faut bien réfléchir à l'organisation et à la classification des produits lors du paramétrage. Si le paramétrage est bien fait, l'utilisation est très fonctionnel. L'utilisation de YoPlanning pour la vente de produit sur internet est simple et efficace. Il est très facile par exemple d'intégrer un wedget vente sur notre site internet. Cons Il y a l'essentiel des fonctionnalités pour la gestions d'une équipe et de plusieurs 10zaine de produits. Le logiciel est très adapté pour la vente en ligne. Il y a certaines fonctionnalités qui nous simplifieraient encore le travail de statistique par exemple. J'utilise cet appli pour la gestion notamment des inscriptions de personnes venant d'un gros centre de vacance sur des randonnées. Sur ce point le processus pourrait être simplifié et quelques fonctionnalité pourraient être ajouté.
