That recognition has increased employee engagement. Pros The program is fairly easy to edit. Scheduling content helps keep Carousel fresh. The support from MTM is top notch. Cons Would like to see enhancements beyond recognition. Recognition is just one part of employee performance and engagement. Their partnership has been great from the very beginning and their customer service is top notch! They care for their customers and it really shows. The platform itself its great! it's user friendly, sleek and modern. Our team members can access the platform from their work computers, laptops, ipads or their cellphones! They love how easy it is to recognize someone on the spot! We have seen a tremendous increase in recognition throughout the organization! Pros Some of the things we liked about MTM the most is that the platform is very user friendly, has a sleek & modern look to it and has a social medial feel to it. The MTM team has been amazing from the very beginning. Implementation and promoting the platform was easy! the team walked with us through every step and they kept everything organized and on track! We have been live for over a year and the MTM team continues to be very supportive and there when you need anything. Their service is top notch! Cons We were able to work with MTM to find ways and processes that work for our structure and organization. There is nothing I can say I didn't like, because the team was always able to offer solutions/options when we inquired about something specific that was different for MTM. Our company structure is unique and MTM has always been able to accommodate all the requests I had (and requests I still have from time-to-time). Their service is great! December 11, 2023 4.0 As an organization, the tool has become a big part of our culture. The tool is used by almost 90% of our employees and many of our businesses have created badges to support their programs. The tool is easy to use by all and requires little to no training for our new hires to immediately jump in and be part of the conversation! Pros I love the way Carousel helps connect all of our employees across the multiple businesses and countries we operate in. In just a few clicks, managers can recognize the great work done by their teams and anyone can send an electronic card to someone who's made a positive impact in their lives. Pros Staff are recognized on one platform so that everyone can see accomplishments and victories. Badges are customizable so that they mean something to our organization alone. Staff are notified if they have been given recognition. Cards are also nice to send to each other through the system. August 9, 2018 5.0 I have had a wonderful experience working with Carousel and their account representatives. Their training and continued support of the platform is very thorough and a quick response to trouble shoot. This platform is also very easy to personalize to your organization i.e. creating/naming specific badges, changing the point balance, etc.. We rolled this out to our company as the first social media like recognition program and over the past year have had a huge response and many employees utilizing the comments and liking daily! Pros Ease of use Resembles Facebook and other social media sites that users are already familiar with Easy to navigate as an administrator or regular site user Reports are extremely beneficial Cons Learning how to transfer points between categories took a bit to catch onto just to be sure not to change points values anywhere else, but after learning that it is extremely quick and easy. By adding this platform, we provide multiple options for everyone to recognize each other. We also increased our viability of our core values, service promise, company vision and even expected behaviors and common language since our badges are completely custom and directly align with our culture. Pros Badges, mobile app, ability to have the feed on our intranet, ease of admin reports, creating badges, updating the site back office and just the overall look of the platform. It was easy to implmenet and our employees love it. Cons That we have to send a manual spreadsheet to MTM monthly for updates. It would be so much easier for us to manage new hires, transfers, etc. on our own especially since we are a smaller company. This delays training to new hires and their access sometimes 4-6 weeks. We are able to launch organization-wide competitions on the platform to build rapport with our staff and educate them. We have been able to use the platform to support initiatives and company goals, often times giving visual representation with images and badges to previously developed strategy statements. Pros From the administrator standpoint, we like the ease-of-use with customization and changing things up. From our organization's perspective, we like that it connects individuals from all of our locations, despite being proximally challenged. The back office support is fantastic! We wanted to implement a company-wide recognition program that reduced communication barriers between these groups and that promoted inter-active use by managers and colleagues. The Carousel program successfully accomplished by of those goals. Pros The Carousel software is easy to learn and when questions came up during implementation, the Customer Support team was quick to provide additional training. It's pretty simple to use. I like how you can designate the amount of time an image stays up, as well as the start adn end times. Cons There are a lot of screens to click through just to post once.
