Offenes, einfach zu verstehendes und zu bedienendes System das sehr vielen Möglichkeiten bietet und das sehr gut macht was es soll -> zuverlässig Benachrichtigen

Pros

Sehr viele Möglichkeiten und Schnittstellen um Fremdsysteme anzubinden. Vielzahl von Benachrichtigungstypen von Push über Email oder SMS. Dadurch hohe Flexibilität in der Systemanabindung und Möglichkeit die Benutzer nach ihren vorleiben zu verständigen.

Cons

Dokumentation und ToDo’s ausbaufähig. Unsere komplexe Struktur benötigt doch etwas Aufwand und Zeit um dann alles so abzubilden wie gewollt.

Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Lösung zur Alarmierung im Enterprise-Umfeld.

Pros

Einfache Implementation, super Support. Bietet viele Schnittstellen zu anderen bekannten Software-Komponenten aus dem Bereich Monitoring und Event-Verarbeitung. Außerdem gibt es sehr viele Konfigurationsmöglichkeiten innerhalb der Software um diese auf die eigenen Bedürfnisse anzupassen.

Cons

Bis jetzt haben wir keine negativen Aspekte gefunden.

Die Alarmierungsmöglichkeiten und die Benutzerfreundlichkeit ist sehr hoch.

Pros

Die Integration von Derdack war sehr einfach und durch die Unterstützung der Derdack Supporter schnell eingerichtet. Das System funktioniert einwandfrei und ist sehr übersichtlich. Die integrierten Funktionen decken unsere Anforderungen optimal ab.

Cons

Bis jetzt konnten wir nichts negatives feststellen.

Enterprise Alert is a stable an easy to use. Easy to deploy and integrate with other products.

Pros

Easy to use an integrate with other products. Enterprise Alert is the middle point of our communication with our monitoring systems, ticket system and handles the communication with our engineers from email, text, telephony our push notification without a glitch.

Cons

We use the team schedule an every week we have schedule the team into multiple schedulers. I like to copy one week to the next.
