"Solid e-mail tracking product... and more!"

**Overall:** We find e-mail tracking a very useful feature (tracking proposals / invoices) and communication with clients and the integration with G Suite was a plus. Implementation was easy. Support is excellent.

**Pros:** We primarily use Gmelius for e-mail tracking although it has some other functionalities (automation/collaboration) and the developer is adding more.

**Cons:** There were some bugs with Chrome extension that we had to resolve with the support team. The user interface could be a bit more intuitive.
