We needed a tool to collaborate on some tasks (recruitment, workflow on projects etc). We wanted a tool which integrates as smooth as possible in gmail.

Pros

It integrates totally in Gmail, thus you don't have the impression to use a new soft. Which is great. You use the emails to fill the workflow of the team and can check how the work is going on. If need is, you can put tasks / comments in shared emails.We use it for recruitment and normal workflow

Cons

Slow loading time... it slows down the loading time of gmail a little bit...

what i like most about gmelius is that it facilitates teamwork. it also allows me to track and know the statistics of my emails

It's a great service. I use it primarily to return unanswered emails to my inbox. Someday I'd love to get into more of the CRM features.

I needed something that did email sequencing really well, with form fields, and glad I found Gmelius.

Pros

I really like the email sequencing feature. I use it on a weekly basis and it has really saved me a lot of hours, removing me from the manual follow up method. I also like that I can put notes in each card.

Cons

I wish it could "bundle" emails from specific persons together on the same card. This is handy if you use email for lead management, but get different email threads for the same potential client. I also wish that they could allow me to edit sequences without having to delete everything below a stage.

Great, intuitive. Eye-opening. Surprising to see how feature packed it is.

Pros

Great features and great value for money. Other similar tools only have half the features but cost the same. We will be moving to a paid plan after trial period.

Cons

The Kanban boards are ever so slightly slow to load (this could be my connection or iMac). I'm still exploring the product but not much to complain about.

Very useful and easy to deploy. Very worth your while to streamline inbox management!

Pros

Gmelius is a powerful little email tool with some very useful functions. They also seem to be adding new features and improving regularly. I particular like the email drip function which is widely applicable when combined with templates.

Cons

It is a little tricky to get the hang of set up at first, but the learning curve is short. I wish they would expand their collective or shared inbox options in the future

Knowing who opened my email and when can help with getting a response. For example, you might call someone if they've opened your email recently and you're hoping to get a hold of them. Or if they haven't opened it you may send a short follow up.

Pros

I like the tracking feature most. It's great to be able to see who opened my emails and it's available in the free version.

Cons

The only complaint is very small. When you click on the icon in your extensions in Chrome - it goes to your account page (where you manage settings and account info) instead of the dashboard. So you end up waiting for 2 pages to load.

We find e-mail tracking a very useful feature (tracking proposals / invoices) and communication with clients and the integration with G Suite was a plus. Implementation was easy. Support is excellent.

Pros

We primarily use Gmelius for e-mail tracking although it has some other functionalities (automation/collaboration) and the developer is adding more.

Cons

There were some bugs with Chrome extension that we had to resolve with the support team. The user interface could be a bit more intuitive.

Gmelius is very powerful. I mostly use it for tracking email opens and organizing my inbox.

Pros

Gmelius is fantastic and I use it everyday to simplify my gmail inbox. It give me a wide range of useful tools the make my gmail account more powerful.

Cons

It has so many features that is can be overwhelming. I have not had the time to use it to it full potential but the few things that i use it for are outstanding.
