Pros
The support we have received from Aruba and the vendor for this product has been amazing.
I liked it from the start; the video conferencing has been comfortable and uninterrupted. Furthermore, the connection status can be viewed, and we were able to replace security with peace of mind.
My overall impression is very positive. I solve business problems such as secure connection to the wifi network of company mobile phones or authentication of guests in the wifi network.
Cons
When using it, there are no operational issues. If possible, set the SSID as the default access point to broaden the range of protection.
Relatively difficult for novices, but ASP Aruba provides guides.
It's not the easiest software to use our of the box and if you're not in and out of it regualry, it's easy to forget where everything is.

"Configuration is simple, it also works with the iPhone app. "
Overall: We switched to this secure connection product when we started working from home. We were concerned about the initial setup because it is a commercial product, but it was simple to set up with the iPhone app and I was able to start using it within 10 minutes of setting it up. I liked it from the start; the video conferencing has been comfortable and uninterrupted. Furthermore, the connection status can be viewed, and we were able to replace security with peace of mind. Previously, when adding access points, settings had to be configured individually; however, with this product, settings are made automatically when connecting to the company LAN, so no time is wasted on setting up or troubleshooting. The guest Wi-Fi feature is extremely useful.
Pros: The setup and operation were simple, and we were able to use them right away because the instructions were brief and easy to follow. There was a time when I couldn't connect, but I quickly identified and resolved the issue.
Cons: When using it, there are no operational issues. If possible, set the SSID as the default access point to broaden the range of protection.

"Aruba ClearPass"
Overall: More good than bad - allowed us to expand our internal wireless options that we were withholding without additional security. Would consider using for port security as well, but cost prohibitive for us.
Pros: Granular control - very easy to specificy multiple criteria for securing your assets. Vendor agnostic - works across many other brands of network gear.
Cons: Steep learning curve, although support can assist. Some support ventures has taken too long to resolve, which seems to be due to complexity of the product.

Pros: What I like best is a quick and easy interface that allows me to see what device is sending bad passwords to the wireless network.
Cons: What I like least is likely not a problem with Clearpass but with the device communicating to the network, but when there is no data as to what the device is it makes it a lot harder to see what is locking someone.
