Instead of requiring a single, massive move, Cloudiway allowed us to migrate users in regulated steps. This staged approach greatly reduced the likelihood of downtime or user inconvenience and made scheduling easier to manage. We were able to maintain our confidence throughout the process because to the built-in monitoring tools' constant visibility into progress.

Cons

Good Tool, has lot of scope to be great... but extremely poor support combined with arrogant and bad email etiquette for customers in distress ... i dont care attitude of the support and even the management

Pros

The Tool has some great features and probably i am one of the users of the solutions for migrating teams from tenant to tenant. product is robust and good... could do better in terms of information on errors reported and... The calendar migration sections is like black cloud not information on migrated or not ... Need to work on the data loss side too much data loss in case of large mailboxes..

Cons

Worst Support, promised a lot before procurement but post.. only objective is keep forcing to buy subscription package.. very late responses... they dont care of your urgent scenarios ... they will ask you to wait for 24hrs before they respond.

Reason for choosing Cloudiway

Product promised great and testing was good, Pre Sales rep was very good, even post sales he tried to help but he was hands tied by the management.

Dear Sathya, you are correct. Respons time for free support is 8 business hours and done by mail exclusively. (But usually support is answering within 1 hour). This is documented everywhere in our website, redisplayed when you are opening a ticket. When our SLA are not meeting your expectations, we propose a dedicated consultant (paid services, and sometimes 1 or 2 hours may be sufficient) to give you access to phone calls, remote sessions, deep analysis, expertise of our consultants , high level expertise that cannot be delivered by support.

As a Process Associate, my main goal was ensuring data integrity and meeting project milestones. Cloudiway acted as a reliable 'set it and forget it' tool once the initial configuration was validated. It's solid, heavy-duty solution for anyone handling enterprise -level cloud transition.

Pros

I really liked the real-time monitoring. When you're managing large migrations, being able to see exactly where each mailbox stand through the dashboard is a lifesaver. It made it much easier to give our stakeholders accurate updates without having to dig through manual logs.

Cons

The platform is powerful, but the learning curve for the initial connector setup is a bit steep. If your haven't used it before, the documentation can feel a little dense, and it takes a few trial runs to get the mapping exactly right for complex file structure. I also wish the reporting UI was slightly more modern, though the actual data it provides is accurate.

Pros

Cloudiway offers secure migration without any data loss. its very easy to implement and integrate with other 3rd party applications Effectively in order to carry our day to day operations. Easy tool and it helps our team to migrate emails,files and collaboration tools between Google and Microsoft 365 Platforms.

Cons

Stable Internet Connectivity is required for better performance. Troubleshooting becomes little difficult.
