Pros

What I like most is how easy it is for associates and members to learn the software it's very straightforward and user friendly.

Cons

I honestly haven't found anything I dislike about this software, but I do think based on member feedback it could have better updates

Pros

It was easy to use and felt secure. We knew that our customers data was protected when using it. Walking customers through it was a simple process over the phone; even for those not familiar with mobile banking in general.

Cons

Nothing about the software but any upgrades that were wanted took a long time (which is probably fairly common!)

Pros

Accessing my money for direct payments and withdrawal has never been easier, there are no long queues in the banking halls

Cons

None. I have never experienced any problem with this software. It i evident that the creator put in alot of precious time to come up with it
