Cons The initial document upload spreadsheet that needed to be completed. Reason for choosing CredentialStream is full service while Credential My Doc is just basically an online file cabinet that sends reminders about when things need to be completed. Updates and fixed are all handled by the vendor. Online application is flexible enough to meet our company's needs. Cons Certain functions need to be enhanced to better meet the customers needs. Pros Privileges, though you cannot copy and paste and no spell check. they need to update the system, not charge and arm and a leg for an outdated system. You have to take multiple trainings on your own prior to getting a personal trainer for your environment. But I do like the reporting abilities. Cons When importing from CAQH the error messages are very hard to understand and it oftern leads to me having to put in a help desk ticket. I only chose the option "Free Trial" for question "How long have you used this software?", because it would not allow me to go to the next page, without selecting a response.
