Pros

Free website for our airbnb listing with 100% free hosting and design I still can't believe it wow!!! Hotel crux team also setup automated email and chat responses templates which made it really easy to answer common guest requests. also as our bob listing is seasonal we do not have to pay anything in off season when bnb is close and we are not generating any cash, setup and training was free of cost . I recommend it 100%

Pros

It is very rare to be able to get hold of a PMS that has revenue option and channel option rolled in to it! This platform has allowed us to have just that, we have been able to grow our revenues and manage our customer expectations much more effectivley than ever before.

Cons

It would be good to have some more reporting options, the current options are good but limited.

Pros

It's super easy to learn and to work with , possibility to work on different reservation without switching screens I love this feature. I can connect to different channels with few simple clicks where in our previous pms and channel manager we have to give them passwords for everything to continue . I feel more safe having more control of data.
