Hotel crux team also setup automated email and chat responses templates which made it really easy to answer common guest requests. also as our bob listing is seasonal we do not have to pay anything in off season when bnb is close and we are not generating any cash, setup and training was free of cost . This platform has allowed us to have just that, we have been able to grow our revenues and manage our customer expectations much more effectivley than ever before. I can connect to different channels with few simple clicks where in our previous pms and channel manager we have to give them passwords for everything to continue .
