About Video RTC

Our Video RTC Gateway connects peers or endpoints between WebRTC, RTMP and SIP technology to create advanced Video services that supports CTI/PBX or Contact Center software integration for Voice calling, Video calling, Live Chat, File Sharing, Screen Sharing without the need of either internal or external plugins. Pros: Easy to integrate with most Contact Centers, it's a powerful tool which provide new channels, such as web phone calls, video, screen sharing and chat using Webrtc.

It's a customized solution that can be adapted to the customer needs in with a minimal effort.

The technical team is very capable, and they provide very close support in the projects in which they are involved.

Cons: Based on webrtc, currently it has some limitations depending on the browser used.

The best supported browsers are Chrome and Firefox.

Overall: Provide organizations with a very powerful channel, such as the video channel. Its integration is very easy and available for most contact centers.

Pros: It works smoothly and there is no need to install any application by the users. It runs direcly on the Firefox/Chrome/Safari browser

Overall: More efficient customers interactions. It´s not that easy to set up for the first time but with the support of the supplier we got it working

Pros: The open architecture of Video RTC product provides many advanced functionalities. With this product, you can enable video services almost immediately and therefore provide amazing services to your customers.

Pros: It is very easy to implement and use. The interface is also very friendly to understand and use. It's a very good product and it's very easy to explain it to the end customer.

Pros: What I like most about this software is that it allows people to communicate with anyone easily. Hit a few buttons and you are talking with others.

Cons: What I like least about this software is that there are some limits as to who you can connect with. There can be more to it.
