Pros I appreciate the survey templates they offer for this software. It makes it easier and faster to create the polling content you want. It also allows you to view your data in real-time from the surveys, which is convenient. Cons It is not quite as easy to get surveys out to everyone you would like. A great platfom that is backed up by great account management and customer service. Pros The platform is super poweful and easy to use. The ability to create a new project, review and delploy into the market is seamless and the results portal is clean, intuitive and a big winner with our clients. The ability to also filter results by key attributes is a big winner. Cons Don't have any issues with the software and when we have asked for additional features the customer service team have only been too willing to accommodate our requests. Constant updates and upgrades show that GLOW are continuing to invest and develop this platform which is great for companies like ours. Pros Glow are incredibly friendly and supportive. The whole team is open with their time, eager to create efficiencies in our processes where possible and elevate the quality of our output through their acute attention to detail. The platform is very self-intuitive from scripting to reviewing, making for an easy and engaging experience each project. Cons No cons which aren't being addressed already. It's cut days and thousands out of project fees, which really helps under time and cost pressures for my clients, meaning we can get more done, sooner. Plus, the UX is fantastic, meaning I'm proud to share both the survey and the dashboard with my clients. Pros It's my go-to platform when I need to move quickly and efficiently for clients, helping streamline my research process. Cons It's fantastic for what it is. Occasionally I find myself running into minor snags, but everything is resolved quickly when the highly-attentive team steps in to help, or otherwise is on the to-do list of future initiatives. Tiny improvements would be nice (e.g. Q ready SPSS, capturing partial data), but these are minor niggles in an otherwise superb platform. " November 18, 2024 5.0 Overall working with Glow is a very positive experience making survey work and reaching the right audiences we need really quick & easy. Highly recommended!! Pros The Glow platform is really intuitive to use and very easy to pick things up. It's visually pleasing and there's simple options available for creating filters, crosstabs and extracting data for analysis. It's also great to have support at hand when/if you need it! Cons It would be great to have a function / option to turn charts into tables when you want that view. Pros A great product that delivers consistently. The team are very flexible and always willing to listen to feedback regarding the platform (and make changes where possible). Cons The analytics dashboard is great. When we first started to work with Glow there were some limitations to it, however, they listened to our feedback and subsequently have made steady improvements. Pros The research process is much more effective through Glow, which does quality work with good research tools that make the data collected in each survey reliable and real. I can share all the database information with my coworkers so that we can all work with the same information and give continuity to projects based on the data. Cons It has never failed me. I have felt comfortable using Glow without fear of the system failing.
