Pros: What I like most is that I can synchronize my documents, I can have skype conferences and take notes from the software

Cons: It is a quite complete software that has been improving in this way I have nothing that I dislike, it is a very good tool

Pros: Exactly what we needed. Integrates easily with our CRM and is really easy to use. It's great to have call recording, directory search and a interface that is straightforward. The price is right too...30-day free trial!

Overall: Removed bottlenecks with customer calls and reduced wait time. Better ability to help customers easily - right from my desktop.
