Freelance Performer Performing Arts Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Total scam" July 13, 2020 1.0 Scam, scam, scam--run, don't walk away. Pros The free version did have some useful information on my web site. Cons Total scam! The free version seemed somewhat useful, so I upgraded to the paid version to try it out but all they told me was the same issue they had found in the free version. I immediately canceled, and was surprised when later on I was billed. I went back and saw that indeed I had canceled, but they had me listed as "canceling" the free plan but being subscribed to a paid plan. They did not respond to my request to get rid of that charge so I had to get my credit card company involved and a new credit card so they can't keep scamming me. The free version was of a bit of use, but I didn't see any benefit to the paid version at all--especially since it appears they are incompetent at best. The reports make our workflows so much easier and we are already seeing great results with the adjustments we have made with the help of Ryte and our contact there so far. We are looking forward to working with the tool and the team more. Especially the new Core Web Vitals report is so useful. Das Tool gibt in dieser Richtung wirklich einen guten Überblick und hilft, Probleme in dieser Richtung zu beheben. Dabei ist es sehr nutzerfreundlich aufgebaut und intuitiv zu bedienen. Pros Für technische Analysen, vor allem in Richtung PageSpeed, eignet sich Ryte besonders. Zusätzlich dazu sind wir vom Support wirklich positiv überrascht. Durch die eigene Ansprechperson werden auch spezifischere Fragen beantwortet und wir fühlen uns wirklich gut aufgehoben. Alle bei Ryte kennen sich wirklich gut mit SEO aus, alle sind sehr kompetent und vor allem auch sehr bemüht. Cons Bei Analysen Richtung Keyword-Rankings und Sichtbarkeitswerten ist der Funktionsumfang leider nicht ganz so groß wie bei den technischen Analysen. I am 68, forgetful and DLA-retired, so I forgot to cancel it promptly and on time (they naturally send no resembling e-mail or SMS shortly before the trial deadline), and nonetheless the long correspondence history between me and two ladies from customer support desk, they took the sum of 142.68 USD from my bank account, what stand for 571.57 PLN (over 77%) taken from my monthly DLA of 740.16 PLN! That is really cruel and heartless... Pros The software is rather easy to use, but not for beginners. Cons It is not user friendly and clear enough. Review Source MH Maximilian H. I use Google Search Console rather than scraped data as the GSC is just so much more reliable but the GSC can be quite limited. Ryte helps me overcome these limitations. You have all the benefits of keyword monitoring and rank tracking - but with reliable data, and there are so many fantastic features like SEO A/B testing, Google Top 10 Tests and the CTR Underperformer report that make finding opportunities, tracking success, and reporting easy. Cons I have experienced issues with slow loadings, but this is generally more to do with the amount of data that is being processed, and I can see that the performance is always improving. Brand Specialist Furniture Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "It's a trap. Don't do it." October 12, 2020 1.0 My company was using this to help with SEO issues, using the free version. We decided to use the trial version to get more features, but the 'extra' features are far and few. After the trial was coming to an end, we were late cancelling by less than 12 hours (the trial cancelled on Sunday and I obviously was not at work to cancel it). We contacted customer service to ask for a refund and they were extremely unaccommodating. They wouldn't even offer a pro-rated refund. As far as free trials go, we've had other companies be sympathetic on a late cancel. It really shows a lot about a brand's character and flexibility. The Ryte team lacks compassion and capitalizes on other's misfortunes. Side note – This software is not revolutionary and you can literally use free websites to get the same information.. do not bother. Pros We enjoyed the user-friendly interface. Cons We did not feel the software was accurately measuring data. We would fix indexability errors then a day later we'd have another error message for the same URLS. Review Source SV Sharon V. Pros I love the reports that scan for technical SEO, quality of my content and quality of my website. It offers a very complete scan with a simple report to understand what you need to work on. Cons The tool doesn't offer an option to show your keyword ranking or the list backlinks for your website. Customer Success Internet Used the software for: I used a free trial ### "Terrible Customer Service | Poor Product" May 27, 2020 1.0 Pros I'm sure there are some useful tools here but the UI is not intuitive and there isn't enough training on what certain things mean and how to properly leverage them. Cons Too confusing to use, UI is not intuitive and makes it impossible to cancel the free trial. After finally putting my notice to cancel, I am still billed anyways and now am in an active dispute with them because they won't refund. Save your money and time, there are better tools out there that also aren't sneaky about cancellations/billing. Very disappointed and will not recommend this to anyone. Pros I needed some features to finish a work and I was really happy with the help and solutions I got from the software. It was easy to use and the results were fast enough.
