You can mould it to exactly what you need it for (work flow tasks). Cons As are most things, it can be timely to get working exactly how is needed. However that is why there is a 5\* for customer service, whenever something is slightly wrong it gets fixed in a timely manner. Reasons for choosing CasePRO I used to use another software at another company, it was online based at which point if the internet went down that would also stop working. That is a great thing with CasePro even without the internet I can still speak to clients and take their initial enquiry. I think some features could be added to make the process smoother but as long as you follow the processes, it will run smoothly. Pros Casepro is easy to use and keep organised. The software is very easy to use and understand, it has a lot of features which can be very helpful. Cons Creating reports can be somewhat confusing if you are not sure what you are looking at. If a task is accidentally deleted or successed, there is no easy way to revert this. This is also the case for some other features such as changing case types. Pressing the buttons by mistake will change everything and it is very difficult to undo this. It's great for monitoring figures which have been submitted and staying organised so we don't miss any clients/work. Overall my experience with case pro is very positive. Pros It's very easy to learn and is great for organizing your work queue of tasks to be prepared for the day. It has a lot of functions that are very useful and help us on a day to day basis with what we do. Cons Sometimes the system can run slow while updates are being made and while problems are being fixed.
