Pros

Set up is quick and relatively low cost, as are modifications - huge amount of flexibility that allows us to work the way we want to work - no bugs or problems - seems bullet proof. Customer support has been very good.

Cons

As it is a bit like a software toolkit - it takes a little while to understand how flexible it is.

Pros

It is a brilliant software to keep client details on in the high volume we use it for. You can mould it to exactly what you need it for (work flow tasks).

Cons

As are most things, it can be timely to get working exactly how is needed. However that is why there is a 5\* for customer service, whenever something is slightly wrong it gets fixed in a timely manner.

Reasons for choosing CasePRO

I used to use another software at another company, it was online based at which point if the internet went down that would also stop working. That is a great thing with CasePro even without the internet I can still speak to clients and take their initial enquiry.

Casepro is always adapting and becoming better, but I think its is an easy to use software and most people can pick up the basics right away. I think some features could be added to make the process smoother but as long as you follow the processes, it will run smoothly.

Pros

Casepro is easy to use and keep organised. The software is very easy to use and understand, it has a lot of features which can be very helpful.

Cons

Creating reports can be somewhat confusing if you are not sure what you are looking at. If a task is accidentally deleted or successed, there is no easy way to revert this. This is also the case for some other features such as changing case types. Pressing the buttons by mistake will change everything and it is very difficult to undo this.

Great service and a great system, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] is excellent at what he does.

Pros

You can get support in the evening and weekends if necessary. The system is easy to use and navigate. The view reports section is brilliant to help keep track of everything. I like that case pro is able to be modified to fit your business model.

Cons

Case pro works perfectly for our business needs, there is nothing I dislike about case pro. The great thing about it is, if there is something that doesn't fit correctly, it can be changed.

Case PRO is a very useful software which helps us as a business be as efficient as possible. It helps us on a daily basis to know what to do and keeps track of all our progress. It's great for monitoring figures which have been submitted and staying organised so we don't miss any clients/work. Overall my experience with case pro is very positive.

Pros

It's very easy to learn and is great for organizing your work queue of tasks to be prepared for the day. It has a lot of functions that are very useful and help us on a day to day basis with what we do.

Cons

Sometimes the system can run slow while updates are being made and while problems are being fixed. However normally when we have issues \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] is quick to fix these so they don't cause a problem for a longer period of time.
