Once you start using the product, the performance will degrade gradually till a point it becomes completely useless. Even worse, Nifty doesn't give any option to export you data out for migration to other products. Their support will pitch you higher plans as a solution to improve performance rather than addressing the core issue which is clearly poor software implementation. Pros Nifty worked well initially. The docs feature is amazing for writing SOPs and linking to tasks. The automations take care of simple, repeatable steps. Overall a great project and business management tool. Cons Nifty is constantly improving and rolling out new features.The one thing that bugs me is the inability to use the built-in Chrome spell checker, so you can easily make typos that don't look great when sharing with clients. We found a reproducible issue and reported it, and it was fixed very quickly. Pros We have tried many task and project management systems over thee last few years. While some have been great in certain aspects, they would each fall short in some specific way that made it less-than-ideal. Thus far, NiftyPM has been a joy to use. Much of that is because of one simple feature... SPEED. NiftyPM does not get in my way when I am creating tasks, moving them around, assigning them to others, etc. Nifty does pretty much everything that I wanted it to do, and the (very) few things it doesn't are on the road map, so I am pretty happy with it. The dark mode interface design is also very well thought out. Cons Because there is a large amount of data involved, the interface can be a bit overwhelming. However, it is very well-designed, so once you get used to it, the software becomes much easier to navigate. There are a few small things I would like to be added/implemented. For example, the ability to easily see the date/time when a task was created, along with date/time stamps of when it moved from one status to another. Review Source AA Amanda A. Pros Easy to use, clearly defined milestone charts. Cons Some functions are not available but usually when we talk to customer support they have a work around or they implement the change. With Nifty, our clients and team can collaborate in one work space. Now our processes are fully aligned with our to-dos, and we're finally making a step forward from messy email communication. It was really relieving for us that our clients actually love to use the tool and don't have a problem using it. Nifty is helping us understand what actually needs to be done and when. We're moving forward faster and with more clarity. One of the best features (and the place we get the majority of our work done) is the Nifty Project Discussions where we can communicate, share ideas and turn discussions into actionable projects. Pros Best part of Nifty - very easy to start and gradually get used with advanced features. Notifications keep you informed, different views provide insights. Very friendly support - real people. Cons Reporting part on projects/tasks/assignees is very limited. As a manager, do not expect to see which employees are busiest and who are not. Pros This platform is very easy to use. I like that it's easy to see all the tasks in the dashboard. It's easy to see progress and who is responsible for different tasks. We use kanban style, but that's what works for our business the other ones are great too! I also love the filtering options as well. Once I got used to the system, it is very user friendly. Cons I don't like that there are limits to subtasks. I can't make subtasks of subtasks, and I think I would like that for larger project creation. Task management is easy to set up and deploy, all the team are automatically kept informed of their deadlines. Another great feature is document and file management for each project, Nifty handles this with ease.We love Nifty and the support team just keep improving the product at all times with slicker and new feature. I also like that I can put my tasks in order of importance, integrate my documents and I can organize my work more. My experience using it was good and I can recommend it to anyone because it really is comprehensive to use. Cons The hub interface can be a bit overwhelming with it numerous features and functions especially if you're not tech-savvy. So this can be at a disadvantage in terms of navigation. As a team of five, we needed a tool that could help us manage our workload, keep track of the time we spend on our projects, assign tasks, and keep everyone in the loop about project updates. Nifty PM does all of this and more.One of the things I appreciate most about Nifty PM is its ease of use. The platform is intuitive and straightforward, making it easy for us to get started right away. We can create projects, tasks, and timelines quickly, and the interface is clear and easy to navigate. Additionally, the time tracking feature is incredibly helpful in ensuring that we're staying on track and meeting our deadlines. Where only ClickUp is giving that features in the market but at higher price. Cons There are bugs which needs to be fixed. Also there are some features which are useless to us because it works only on one portfolio and if I shift a task to another portfolio that will be vanished.
