Pros I love how this allows managers and employees to have the discussions they need to be having, about not just tasks, but also overall company goals and organizational values. If every workplace used this, it would be a very different world! Cons The user interface isn't as streamlined or as clean as one might hope for. Create tasks for a goal. We can let colleagues see what we're upto. Timely track our goals to align what company requirement is. Cons For beginner it needs to be more user friendly. First timers will need to make themselves comfortable using this, they need to move around to get a feel what its trying to do and how can you use it. Goal tracking is measured on three levels only, there should be more. Once a goal is created, it can not be deleted, not even by supervisor. Pros I like the different colors for the different categories . Cons It would ne nice if some things were able to be edited. It seems like once certain things are entered, there is not changing it. We have been told that we need to add a user's goals. Is there an option to rate management on the same things that we are being rated on. There also seems to be a lot of different options making it seem real busy. The notes selections is very busy. It's been very helpful with communicating goals and scheduling one-on-ones with my manager. Pros Very easy to navigate and user friendly. Cons None that I have come across as of yet as a user. Pros I like that it tracks feedback month over month; I like that its very user friendly. Cons If you click out of a comment before saving, you lose the entirety of the comment. It's also hard to navigate between comments on a review. Pros This product is very user friendly and allows the users to document their goals and receive feedback from their supervisors. Cons At times the software would have problems loading so there was an occasional lagging when navigating tabs. The user interface is not streamlined. Pros There is nothing that I like about this software. Cons 1\. The text fields are very small although they accept long text. 2. The text fields don't maintain formatting (like bullets, numbering), doesn't have any feature of making text bold. 3. Whatever you put as new line becomes a paragraph ultimately. 4.
