I really like it and can’t wait to continue seeing it grow. I’ve used it for 4 years now and really appreciate the platform always offering new features to help support clients

Pros

I like how versatile and efficient jackrabbit is. I think it’s very helpful with data entry and storing information as well.

Cons

Some reports aren’t as effective and don’t fully support all needs of a swim school. Sometimes small reports like finding out people on payment plans or installments would be good instead of looking at all outstanding payments as a whole just helps in transparency and communication with clients and customers instead of looking through the whole file for multiple people.

It’s been good, after switching from another system it was easy to navigate and figure it out. Customer service has been great as well.

Pros

The system is easy to use, customer service has been fantastic, they are quick to respond and if they don’t know they answer they will find it for you and get back to you promptly. The skill section is easy to set up and parent can navigate it easily to check their children’s progress, it’s easy for staff to enter skills as well.

Cons

The registration form can be trick/long for parents to fill out. Having to have last names of instructors posted to activate them once they are inactive. Having to do a 2 step process to pay for tuition if registering through the form.

mostly satisfied. We just have a few things that we have had to adapt our business process to accommodate because of the nature of our business - different from other swim schools.

Pros

Ease of use for value. We have found this to be a fairly easy program to use. We are still small enough that it feels okay yet.

Cons

family communications - would like to have texting capability. We would like to have more communication tools available for our instructors.

I am very pleased with my experience working with Jackrabbit Swim. We operate a year round swim school and I appreciate the different venues of support that is easily available when issues arise (chat, submit a ticket, schedule a call)

Pros

Affordability and the support with any issue. I bought my swim school 1/1/25 and Jackrabbit made the process smooth for myself and the former owner.

Cons

I don't have any complaints about Jackrabbit Swim. So far, Jackrabbit Swim is able to adapt to the needs of our business and we have grown and evolved over the last 8 years, including a change in ownership.

I love that both my husband and I are able to manage both of our kids in the app and it’s not just only me.

Pros

I use this app to manage my kids swim classes. The app makes it easy to pay for classes and mark when my kids will be absent. It’s also a great way for the company to communicate with us.

Cons

There isn’t anything that I don’t like about the app. It’s easy to use and easy to navigate all the different areas.

Responsiveness of support staff is extremely quick. Whenever we have an issue and we reach out to support, we get an immediate response.

Cons

Support does not work with swim team management. The California Law chip reader is also not applicable. Apply pay would be nice to use. Additionally, some features, such as the new calendar, are implemented too early before completion.

Overall, I have trained over 100 employees company wide to use the system. Wants they learn to use it, they love it just as much as I do.

Pros

The ability to create classes months out and the easy way to copy the classes.

Cons

Never had any issues with the program, very straightforward and design for new users.

So far this is the best software that I have come across while running my swim school. It has defiantly increase the number of students that we are able to take.

Pros

I like how many different things I can keep track of.

Cons

I wish it was easier to do private lessons with this software.
