I think it’s very helpful with data entry and storing information as well. Cons Some reports aren’t as effective and don’t fully support all needs of a swim school. Sometimes small reports like finding out people on payment plans or installments would be good instead of looking at all outstanding payments as a whole just helps in transparency and communication with clients and customers instead of looking through the whole file for multiple people. Customer service has been great as well. Pros The system is easy to use, customer service has been fantastic, they are quick to respond and if they don’t know they answer they will find it for you and get back to you promptly. The skill section is easy to set up and parent can navigate it easily to check their children’s progress, it’s easy for staff to enter skills as well. Cons The registration form can be trick/long for parents to fill out. Having to have last names of instructors posted to activate them once they are inactive. Having to do a 2 step process to pay for tuition if registering through the form. Pros I use this app to manage my kids swim classes. The app makes it easy to pay for classes and mark when my kids will be absent. It’s also a great way for the company to communicate with us. Cons There isn’t anything that I don’t like about the app. It’s easy to use and easy to navigate all the different areas. Whenever we have an issue and we reach out to support, we get an immediate response. Cons Support does not work with swim team management. The California Law chip reader is also not applicable. Apply pay would be nice to use. Additionally, some features, such as the new calendar, are implemented too early before completion. Wants they learn to use it, they love it just as much as I do. Pros The ability to create classes months out and the easy way to copy the classes. Cons The new calendar, the original calendar is much easier to read and build classes in.
